Comfortable and good location
Love the location and the room was nice and clean. The free coffee is soooo good and every pm they have little treats in the lobby. Overall a comfortable stay.

Outstanding, personal service from staff. Arrived exhausted from overnight flight. Check-in staff got us coffee and a plate of croissants, as well as getting room ready early. Comfy bed and nice sized bathroom. Thorough daily cleaning. Lovely, cute neighborhood with a very short walk to best subway line in Paris. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Elegant breakfast. Car rental located across the square.

Nice hotel for a business trip
The stay was nice. The reception staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean overall. It is well located next to a nice bistro and close to a nice cocktail club. The downsides are that the shower I got was very small in the corner of the bathroom and you have very little perks in the room (no fridge, no water or tea, no sleepers, no international plugs)

Small nice hotel with great location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms were small but nice and clean. Walking distance to Arc the Triumph and metro stations. Downside - it's quite noisy in rooms facing the street outside.

Hotel itself was fine. Would stay in this area again. Check out was a joke though. Checkout in my confirmation was 12pm. I got an angry call from downstairs at 11am disputing this with me and I said I could show them my confirmation of 12pm check out. When I did they told me to speak to Expedia and get it changed on their website rather than them having the conversation with Expedia - it was ridiculous.

I had a great stay! The staff were so nice and helpful with everything, the location of the hotel is also perfect. Breakfast was also very yummy in the morning :)

On June 18, 2023, my cousin and I arrived at this hotel after an exhausting trip hoping to be well received and rest properly. After checking in the front desk, we went to the room, which was very tidy and clean, but when we turned on the air conditioning, we noticed that it was not cooling, so we called the man who was in charge of the hotel that night. The man told us that he did not guarantee the air conditioning would work. I explained to him that without air I could not sleep since I suffer from bronchial asthma. The man told me he was sorry but he couldn't help me. I asked him to change my room and he told me that the hotel was full. I checked the hotel's capacity on the web and there was one room available, but he insisted on not changing our room. So I decided to contact the Expedia company to talk to this man and convince him to help us. All this happened between 12:00 am and 1:30 am. The man was so rude that I couldn't talk to him anymore. The man never went to check if the air in the room worked and he lied to the company saying that the air did work. In the end, no agreement could be reached with the gentleman and the gentleman recommended canceling the reservation. At 1.30 am we had to pack our things and leave for another Hotel that, thanks to the Management of the Expedia representative, we were able to move at no additional cost. This gentleman's attention was horrible. A tremendous lack of education and empathy.

Hotel room size was bigger than many hotels in Paris. Hotel was old but in a not very bad condition. Morning reception very good and helpful and the night shift person extremely rude and Angry that was not willing to help at all.

I like the friendliness of the staffs. When I complaint that I did not like the view from one of the rooms they allocated me to, the staff quickly adjusted and changed the room for me which it is much better and it has a lovely view facing the street.

The location is great and the hotel is clean. the staff are super nice, the breakfast is delicious but it’s not a 4 star hotel, it’s very old and is at best 3 stars

My sister and I loves the hotel location, near the Champs Elysees with easy access to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing buses, and Arc de Triomphe that we love. The neighborhood itself is full of restaurants. It is also close to public transfortation and other major streets and parks. The hotel itself is very cozy. Everone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful whether in giving directions or calling a taxi, etc. Breakfast was fabulous, with varried items that would tempt any palate. We met Alomise, in charge of breakfast, who must be the friendliest person we have ever met. She made us feel so welcome. She made sure that all our needs were met. Thank you Alomise. You are an asset to the hotel.

This hotel is nicely situated, rooms are clean, situated near to metro Argintine, to grocery stores, resturants and bars, the staff are very helpfull, I arrived Sunday and Pablo was very friendly! If you would like to be in the hart of Paris, this hotel is a very good choice.

Typically hotels will provide at least a single bottle of water, this place does not. It’s an older property and you can tell. If you just need a quick night’s rest, this will meet that minimum requirement. The older guy at the front desk was very helpful at check-in.
