The staff were very nice and the reason I didn’t complain. It’s advertised as rainfall showers in the bathroom and they weren’t. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the window opened directly onto a platform next to someone else’s window, so I couldn’t leave that open during the night. The noise during the night from other people’s rooms was terrible - supposed to be sound proofed - and there was a loud noise rattling through the wardrobe in the room during the night when the upstairs room used the shower or toilet. It was clean and convenient but not the star rating it’s given unfortunately.

I loved my stay here. The room was actually a decent size and very clean. The staff was so accommodating and wonderful. Also this hotel is only a short walk to either champs-elysées, arc de triomphe, trocadéro, and my favourite the eiffel tower. I will definitely be staying here again when i come back!

This property is ok at best, the rooms are extremely small to better understand even the lift can only take 1-2 people up at a time.

Convenient breakfast, but too expensive for what is offered to guests Clean and modernized rooms, but too small for the high price asked for located in a central area walking distance to arc de triomphe and Champs Elysee. Can also walk to Eiffel Tower in approx. 15 minutes

We stayed two nights at this amazing property. We flew in from Rome by 10am and went to drop our luggage, but our room was actually ready and we could go in. I’m so thankful for this because we had been traveling for two weeks already and my mom was so tired. Room is clean, bathroom has clean and the towels were so soft lol. The breakfast is 19 euros but I’m gonna tell you it’s worth it. It has everything. Defiantly book here , I will whenever I return back to Paris !!

Very comfortable beds! Safe and quiet location. We arrived late from Heathrow and the concierge was very helpful in helping us find a place that might be open for a late bite. Was in walking distance about 15min to the Eiffel tower. No city transportation close - you have to taxi or uber type service if going most places. No hair dryer which was fine because we didn’t need one, but no outlet in the bathroom so hard to plug in a curling iron or straightener. Loved our stay there!

Lovely property in a perfect location. Far enough away for it to be quiet and close enough to walk to shopping. Walk to arc de triomphe 5 minutes. Walk to Eiffel Tower 20 minutes. Rooms spacious and lovely. Staff very helpful and nice.

Hidden gem 5 mins from the hustle and bustle.
Situated a 5min walk from the Champs Elysees and the George V metro station, we arrived a little early for the 2pm check in, the hotel kindly stored our luggage which let us go off and find lunch. The staff our very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and set us up for the day. The room was small but comfy but we only needed it to shower and sleep. Very enjoyable stay and we’ll definitely book again.

The manager and staff were very helpful and had a pleasant and positive attitude. They did everything they could to help us find our lost luggage. They recommended some wonderful restaurants. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. The drawback at the hotel was the WiFi didn't always work.

Our Paris escapade
We stayed in the family- connecting room but the electronic lock of the door in rm 1 didnt worked. However they were able to fix it the day after. Overall, the location is great as kn it just walking distance to Champs Elly. Good restaurants nearby and staff have been helpful.

Great price for a great location. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any request made. Room was big enough for what we needed and very clean and tidy. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was an excellent way to start our day. Very pleased with our stay and highly recommend.

The connecting rooms were perfect for my family. The staff was friendly and helpful! The location was great for us, within walking distance to the eiffel tower, the arc and champs de Elysees.
