This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. This time I was attending the half marathon in the city and it was in a great location for the race. Once we booked it all our friends did too. The breakfast was great and plentiful, I would struggle to stay anywhere else when I next visit Paris.

Great, friendly welcome. The room was clean and well-equipped and the water pressure in the shower was pretty good. The location is fantastic and the bars and restos within two minutes walk are all great, whether for breakfast drinks or dinner.

The location is convenient. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. However, the single room is deceiving from the picture (the picture makes the room looked so much spacious.) But the single room is extremely small. The pillows smelled really bad. Thanks God I was only there for one night. The friendly, helpful staffs made up for the inconvenient.

Overall a great place to stay. It's super close to the train station and the main street where you'll have an abundance of tech, clothing, and food to shop around for. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels each day and new bedsheets every other day. An elevator is provided and breakfast is offered for a fee (although, we didn't choose it so nothing to say). Some downsides were how small the shower was and how easy it is to hear noise from outside the windows and door. The shower is only big enough for a grown adult to turn around on the spot. You'd have to carefully move your arms around to avoid knocking elbows into the walls and shower doors. It is also very easy to hear noise from outside the door and windows. There are some bars and restaurants opened late around the adjacent streets so any loud conversations can seep through. Regardless, it was an overall very pleasant stay and we would definitely choose to stay at the place again if given the choice.

The hotel was very easy to find and we were greeted with a very friendly welcome. Nice clean room with a lovely view from the window. Bed quite hard and could be upgraded but okay for one night stay.

Comfortable,quiet good location.
We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was good, lots of choice. The staff on the desk were very helpful. The room was quiet as requested although we were able to hear people in nearby rooms. The bathroom super clean and modern, everything worked. Just one thing, we would have appreciated tea and coffees making facilities in the room. Over all very pleasing stay in a very interesting location. We will return.

Great choice!
This was, for us, the perfect hotel. The metro stop is down the block and around the corner. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby. There is a laundromat in the same block. The staff at the front desk were wonderful! They helped with my rotten pronunciations, provided suggestions and advice, and did all they could to make our time in Paris enjoyable. The room was small, and the shower (no tub) was small... but that was absolutely expected for an inner city hotel. Everything was clean. The bathroom was recently remodeled, and the room furnishings seemed new. The hallway was a bit worn down, as was the elevator, but since I only walked through those areas, it didn't matter. My best comparison for this hotel; imagine visiting New York City, but choosing to stay in Brooklyn instead of Manhattan. You get all the charm and character of a neighborhood in Paris, at a better price. Everything you wish to see and do as a tourist is only a metro ride away.

very nice location. The staff at the reception was wonderful. Forgot to get the mans name, but he was super super great and service beyond your expectations. The only slightly negative thing i can say is that the walls were very thin and therefore somewhat noisy. Would highly recommend the hotel

Ricard (I think it was) and the rest of the staff are lovely. The room was pleasant. Near a traffic circle, so often quite noisy; bring earplugs. Accessible to Metro. Bed was really firm. Too firm, to be honest, but better than saggy! Cute little 2-person elevator, just like I was hoping for. Not sure if TV worked, as we didn't figure out how to use remote. Hairdryer was too close to wall and you had to keep your finger on the switch to work it, but better than no dryer, for sure. Full-length mirror was nice. Toiletries very basic but replenished daily. Overall, an 8, due to hard bed and noise.

Great little Paris hotel
I have been using this hotel for 15 years as a budget option. New owners are updating the premises and so far the results are very good. I look forward to future visits to see the improvements progress. The price is good for Paris and the surrounding neighbourhood very pleasant. Highly recommended

Convenient location as we were catching a train on to Zurich from the Gare dear Lyon the next day. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. He recommended a traditional French restaurant near the hotel called La Boutique which we went to and had a very enjoyable meal.
