“Just fine”

convenient, reasonable rates, quiet enough if not on the street-side, some staff helpful and friendly (not all), close to plenty of metro stations, shops, cafes, and restaurants, and the Gare Montparnasse

“Excellent Price/Quality ratio”

This is a nice Hotel, placed close to a main Paris Train Station (Montparnasse) and to several Metro. The neighborhood is calm. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a brand new bathroom.

“Great little hotel!”

Clean hotel, hotel staff spoke english and very helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for dinner. Hotel is great location for exploring old Florence but far enough away that it is still great value!

“Perfect Location”

Delightful staff,.Excellent location near metro, trains and buses, and restaurants, It is in an old section in the middle of paris, but hotel has been updated and is a pleasant environtment. Complimentary breakfast is available.

Area recommendations
I thought the neighborhood of this hotel was perfect. It was central, near transportation, resaurants, etc.

“gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis”

Die Lage ist Zentral und trotzdem verhältnismäßig ruhig. Die Ausstattung des Hotels schon etwas älter aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das personal ist auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. das einzige manko ist die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes... aber damit kann man leben. Für Pariser Verhältnisse ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
