A nice room, small but still with adequate space. About 10-15 minute walk from the metro station, and 10 minute walk to Gare de Lyon station. Lots of dining options around. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

A real treat close to the waterfront and Pompidou
Staff were very helpful and patient with my broken French and very supportive me trying. The room was very clean and cool with a nice view of the street and very quiet - those windows really block out so much of the noise. Proper shower very comfortable bed. Very close to the Museums i wanted to visit (and friends). Paris is so lovely and everyone was so Friendly. Probably helped i had a few more french phrases in my pocket.

The room was so small - about 2.5 meter by 3.5 meter ( 7-8 sq meters) and the bed was the size of a teenager bed. The bathroom was the same size as the bedroom and ok. There was no hair dryer, and no elevator to the 4th floor but a difficult stairwell to access the last floor. The very positive about this hotel was a generous breakfast included. A lot of options at the buffet making a great brunch. Congrats for that.

Only good part is it's walking distance to train station and centrally located. But the restrooms have very old stained sinks, carpeting is old. No elevator to go to 4th floor. AC unit only fan was working. Single elevator to just fit one person with a single baggage. No coffee or tea available in the rooms. Staff was always very busy on the phone and would not pay attention to customers and keep you waiting for long.

You have booked a room for 3 people but upon arrival it turns out that you were 5 (2 adults and 3 children). For security reasons, we can only accommodate 5 people in a room set for 3. Therefore, the receptionist has offered you an additional room on the same floor for a very reasonable rate. In addition, children receive a 50% discount on the breakfast rate (7.25e instead of 14.50e). The same goes for customers who go directly through our establishment and not through external agencies. Very good location close to train station and metro line 1 station. If you book this hotel. I recommend you to book their breakfast buffet as well. If you have experience traveling Europe, you would know that European only eat bread for breakfast, no egg, no warm items in the morning. This hotel offers you full breakfast. Don't expect European serve you with smile, but this hotel staff is friendly in comparing other services in Paris. I recommend this hotel.

We were given the smallest room in the place thought we did request a quadruple room and there were beds but not much space after. We could see on the floor plan it was the smallest available.

Ok neighborhood, close to the train station. However, the man that checked us in was rude and his jokes were condescending. He also told us to leave the hotel key whenever we left...ummmm no! Other employees were nice and gave some directions. The room was on the 4th floor and the elevator only went to the third floor. The door lock was very tricky. No sign to say do not disturb for the door. The bathroom was a joke. Small tub no glass or shower curtain. The bed was not very comfortable or the pillows either. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

In addition, as we offer keys (not magnetic cards), you are asked to leave the keys for security reasons, which also prevents them from being lost. These accommodations are not serviced by the elevator unlike the room type "comfort" and have not been renovated like the others in 2016. The hallways are small as was the room, but it was very comfortable, clean, and had a great bed (I slept very well). Took a bit to figure out how to turn the lights on. Great location near Gare de Lyon, and the Seine.

Nice little hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights in late May. Chose it because it is close to both Gare d’Austerlitz (for RER C train to Versailles) and close to Gare de Lyon (for train to Zurich). Both stations were an easy, direct walk and took only about 10 minutes or so. Plenty of restaurants around and even a McDonald’s and KFC near Austerlitz station. There is also a nice, large market just a few blocks away. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet enough. The staff was welcoming and friendly and they spoke excellent English. We arrived early in the morning and were given a room right away. The hotel has a small lift, but we typically used the stairs. We had a triple for the 3 of us and our room consisted of 3 twin beds and really not much more, it was tiny. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was also tiny and the corner shower is very small. Our room also had a kitchen which had a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. We found the mini fridge useful. Excellent WiFi. We did not eat the breakfast, but it looked pretty good. The hotel served our purposes just fine and I would stay there again if I needed to be close to either of those stations.

It is not a 3 Star hotel as they claim. Location is good. We had a room with 4 twin beds for 4 of us. There were only 2 coffee mugs in the room. When asked for 2 more, we were told that they dis put 4 mugs and if we were claik8ng there were only 2, then they have to check our room. So i confronted the girl at the reception whether she was thinking that we stole other 2 mugs? Then she said she 2as not saying that, but need to check Eventually they ended putting 2 more mugs in the room. Paris is expensive. We had paid 1,100 CAD for 4 nights for this room. I would have paid 300 more for a better experience.

The room was spacious, the staff ver welcoming, and the lication was good for us. The breakfast was inexpensive with a complete array of choices. We particularly enjoyed the couces of breads.
