Dear Guests We are sorry that your stay was not conclusive, we do not understand why you criticize the outside of our hotel, it looks normal not destroed otherwise the french adminstration desn't accept the outside biuliding bad and obliged us to renovate it , however we dindt' receive any criticism about it, we are not a 4 * but a 2 stars , you say typical french hotel pârisien , we hope that the city where do you from all your htels are perefct....you also say that the sink was blocked, it was enough to report it to the reception and we would have done the necessary, we also think that you did not know how to press the cap sometimes it is closed and you just have to clip it to open it. Hi Jennifer We are thank you for your comments,our rooms are small this is normal size for paris, about the water you never made any complain directly at the reception to fix it this problem, some of our rooms were renovated and for the rest are not very old because we already changed our furnitures in all rooms and for the sheets , we don't change it evryday because you have choosen hotel 02** and not hotel 04* or 5* , you stayed only 05 nights in a big room, here we don't change sheets evryday because we respect the environment. You said we jhave to make some information about a restaurants, we are in the stree of restaurants and bars, they are a lot, we can't put a map for that but if you ask at the reception we could show you a good restaurants, what usually make some guests, Best reagrds.

hello YOu said our staff is shabby but if you read other comments of other guests , it's the exact opposite of what did you say but we are only 02 stars and many comments send many thank to our staff because we know our staff tehy are realy friendly with the people, but we would like to have your arrival date and your name, to check with our staff what happend to be on your eyes shabby.

Cher clientNous sommes vraiment desolés, la sociéte qui nous fait des travaux, ne nous a pas informé de son passgé le dimanche matin et le veilleur lui a remis les cles pensant que la direction etait au courant car la veille ils travaillaient dans la chambre qui etait mitoyenne à la votre mais vous auriez du appeler la reception il aurait tout de suite stoppé les travaux, nous sommes encore desoles pour le desagrement occasionne, nous n'avons pas pour habitude de faire les travaux le dimanche.CordialementLa direction
