Hotel had newly renovated rooms, very clean and quiet, with large windows that can open to outside in both bedroom and bathroom. Very good close access to 2 metro stations with direct access to most sites to visit. Rooms are small. Only recommendation is to add at least 1 English Channel to tv. In summary very nice place and good value for money.

Clean and modern room, cosy. Easy check in. We didn’t eat breakfast at the restaurant but instead went to the artisan bakery across the street, which was very nice. Easy access to metro.

Very good hotel. Fully happy with my stay. Clean room, up-to-date fixtures, comfortable bed, good daily cleaning service, towels and soap plentiful. Very convenient to nearby metro station; agreeable non-touristy area. Price high but not surprising or unusual given presence of world rugby tournament. On the distaff side, reception/front desk resources could be more elaborate; attached restaurant's petit dejeuner was reasonably priced (and good), but the 4.70Euro standard price for a small bottle of Perrier seemed excessive.

Great wee room in a safe area, metro stop across the road, nearby bakers and convenience shop, walkable to plenty restaurants and shops. Good bar and food in hotel itself! Room was basic but clean and comfortable, had good WiFi I would certainly stay here again!

Comfortable and cosy
This is a great place to stay with a lovely bar next to the hotel. The staff were really welcoming and helpful with the questions I had. The Picpus Metro station and bus stops are very close by. Clean room with comfortable bed and had a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute boutique style hotel. Pleasant stay with everything you need although some fixtures and fittings were slightly worn, but good value. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.

The reception staff were especially nice and helpful. My room in the rear while compact is quiet and comfortable. The restaurant is welcoming relaxed. As a solo traveller I felt welcomed and safe. Excellent little hotel in a great position. Close to Metro station.

Fabulous little hotel!
My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfasts each day in the lovely restaurant downstairs. Would definitely recommend and return!

Room was close to generator, so the noise went on for a long time. It was also a room in the courtyard, so people coming and going very drunk and making noise

Neighborhood restaurant near metro in 12th arr.
Excellent small neighborhood hotel in 12th arrondissement, very near the metro, had one of our best dinners at the hotel’s excellent restaurant, which is a neighborhood fixture with its own local clientele. Highly recommended, unless you need an elevator.

L’hôtel était très sympathique dans Im un bon quartier qui était plutôt calme et en sécurité. On a bien aimé la nuit qu’on a passé à Cosy. La seule chose c’est que l’hôtel a besoin de réapprovisionner les chambres et approvisionner les chambres avec du dentifrice au moins et savon et shampooing pour les clients je pense que c’est la moindre des choses. Mais apart de ça c’était un bon endroit.

There is no elevator and our room was on the third floor. The hotel was charming but the climb to our room became more difficult the longer we were there.

Absolutely fabulous
Loved everything about this hotel! Adorable, comfortable,very friendly staff and in a fabulous, relaxed neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bakeries etc. Great cafe as well, pefect for people watching and a quick coffe or breakfast. Superclose to metro.

Escaped the heat wave
I stayed for two nights during a heat wave. The rooms are small, but the AC allowed me to sleep very well. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My favorite part was the breakfast, served in a beautiful cafe with plenty of sidewalk seating, quintessential Paris!

We had the room at the very top of the hotel, the stairs were steep and was difficult to navigate with luggage, although I would not let this put you off booking here, we loved it, the restaurant downstairs had wonderful food, the staff were friendly, helpful and patient with us trying to speak French, most of the staff spoke English. The room was compact, the bed was comfortable and the maid did a great job at making up the room. The hotel is well placed near the metro and we could get to most places in 30 minutes. There is a nice shopping area nearby with still more good restaurants and all the people we met, were friendly.

Great location near nation and with excellent links to the major tourist locations. Room was cosy, small and had all recently been refurbished. Excellent bathroom, nice lighting and features thought. Would recommend for price range.

The staff is very helpful, especially Jonathan at the front desk. Thank you Jonathan for explaining the metro system and pointing the nearest phone store for a sim card. Bars, restaurants, banks are nearby. The metro station is a few yards away.

Loved our stay
Stayed in this hotel twice - first time the room was quite small and the second time is was great with 3 large windows and an awesome view over the hustle and bustle of the street below. Hotel is really close to Picpus metro, so it was very easy commuting from the main station and very convenient to go to all the tourist attractions. Great area with a wide selection of restaurant. We also loved the hotel restaurant and bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a really great stay and thought the hotel was really well priced too.
