Small room but this is Paris! Decent location, good breakfast for the price, free WIFI and parking not too far away. Staff was helpful and spoke English well for the most part. Would stay here again.

Average Hotel

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Not very central but 20-25 minutes journey on the Metro you can get almost anywhere in central Paris. Rue de Alseia is nearby that has many shops.
10 minutes or so walk from the nearest Metro stop (Alesia on line 4). The room is very small but very clean with comfortable bed. No minibar and the TV has no English channels. Breakfast was really poor. Half a baguette and a small croissant served on the table and on the buffet couple of cereal and yoghurt options and one cheese and ham on a small plate nearby. In a small bowl what looked like a fruit salad but it looked so unappealing we didn't even try. There was only one lady who was running the breakfast bar and she was clearly struggling to cope even though she herself was very nice and polite. People had to wait for plates, and when they arrived the cheese had finished and by the time she brought some cheese other people were waiting for juice etc. At 9 EUR per person it was very bad value for money and does a disservice to the reputation of French pastries and fresh bread (because there weren't any). We had breakfast the next day at a nearby Boulangerie which was fantastic and only cost us 6.60 EUR per person. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

Satisfied

Typical small European room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative was that water temp in tub/shower was very touchy. About a 5 block walk from Metro station. Hotel hidden away on dead end street and very quiet. Easy trip to tourist areas of Paris. Grocery stores and bakeries in area of Metro Station so a good place to grab some snacks for your day in Paris. Would stay here again.

Pros: Clean and well cared for
Cons: smallest elevator in world
Location: 14 adv -- Alesia metro stop 10 min away
Small hotel tucked away of main streets so it is quieter. 10min walk to METRO. Nice setting and kind person at front desk. Good french breakfast.

Right value for money in Paris

Hotel room correct, nicely decorated. The bed was too hard for our taste, and there was no air conditioned in the room (though we didnĀ“t need it). Big bath tub, but no curtains. Quiet area (no noise from cars) and at the same time close to the subway and in a nice neighbourhood.

Wonderful Stay

In a little cul-de-sac off Jean Moulin in residential area with lots of restaurants, shops nearby. Easy walk to to bus, metro to take to all Paris sightseeing. Lovely little hotel with lots of French atmosphere, updated nicely, quiet, clean, very comfortable. Wonderful staff, especially Benjamin, who spoke very good English. Looked forward to breakfast with excellent coffee, baquette, croissant and pan du chocolate...yum! Already planning a return. Would highly recommend!

Pros: Quiet and hidden from main road.
Cons: No fridge - but a balcony to keep drinks cool.
Location: Easy to reach, between two stops.
A lovely quiet hotel in a tucked-away square. Easy to reach from two metro stops. Helpful staff. Lots of nearby shops.
