The hotel and trip was a brilliant experience. The eurostar was great, and spot on time. The hotel is in zone 3 and only 6 stops on tube from the very city centre - Eiffel tower. The room was large enough, very clean and very comfortable, certainly didnt expect that. Breakfast was fairly basic but it was enough and filling too. for the price i coulnd have expected more.i can only recommend....

“Suitable hotel for a short stay”

This is a reasonable hotel for the money, Paris is very expensive for hotels so dont expect a high standard for the room rate! A handy location next to a regional railway station although it is called Central La defense it is not at La Defense. If using the regional railway station you need a different ticket from a Metro and Rer ticket Breakfast was very basic and served in a basket to you so it is not a buffet where you can enjoy what you want. Neighbourhood was ok, you could walk about after dark with no problems at all. The reception staff were pleasant I was charged additional taxes on my departure which i felt was wrong as the rate quoted indicated that all taxes were included, left me slightly unhappy.

“Convenient for La Defense”

This small hotel offers a friendly and convenient resting place for visitors to the city. Set within easy walking distance of the monument, the CNIT and the metro/train interchange it offers the chance to explore Paris. The rooms are quite compact, and a tea/coffee tray would have been nice,but there is reasonable wardrobe space, a modern en-suite shower room and a small desk area. The hotel offers free wi-fi connections for guests and there is a computer in the reception area too. Can get quite noisy at night, mainly because other guests are coming and going at different hours. The hotel is in a quiet area of Paris and has some great local shops and restaurants. We will be going back!

“Could have stayed for longer”

the hotel was a little further away from the main metro line that we first anticipated but was in a lovely tucked away location. It was clean and well maintained, all the staff were friendly and happy to help whenever they could. The room was a good size and the bed comfy although another pillow each wouldn't have gone a miss. Although the bathroom was rather small it did every thing that was needed. the shower had great power and left us feeling very refreshed ready for the day ahead. This hotel definitely made my first trip abroad very pleasant. I highly recommend it and will use it during future trips to Paris. The hotel was great value for money and included a nice but simple breakfast.

“Lovely Break”

The hotel was a family run hotel, with all of the French traits that made you feel comfortable. The one thing that stands out as being funny to me is the size of the lift...as it only caters for 2 people but hey it does the job! My room had the lovely view of the Eiffel Tower which was amazing to see day and night.

“Kein Hotel für hohe Ansprüche, Empfehlung mit Einschränkungen”

Der Kundenservice war weder unfreundlich noch überschwänglich freundlich. Die Zimmer waren allerdings schon etwas beengt, vor allem das Badezimmer (wir hatten Raum 210) war doch etwas klein. Um Platz zu haben, habe ich meinen Reisetasche auf den Kleiderschrank gehievt. Der war jedoch obenauf so staubig, dass die schwarze Tasche anschließend unten grau war. Fazit: Grundsätzlich war das Zimmer sauber, bis auf diese kleine Nachlässigkeit an einer unzugänglichen Stelle. Das Frühstück war mit einem Baguette + 1 Croissant sowie etwas Butter und Marmelade pro Person eher spartanisch. Dazu gab es Kaffee oder Kakao und wer möchte, bekommt auch Cornflakes. Aber kein Ei, Käse oder Aufschnitt. Aber ist ein französisches Frühstück nicht spartanisch? :-) Dafür gibt es kostenlosen WiFi-Empfang im Hotel. Das Hotel ist leider etwas hellhörig. Da die Zimmer sehr nahe beieinander liegen, hört man auch schonmal, was nebenan vor sich geht. :-))) Wir wollten eine günstige saubere Unterkunft zum übernachten, nicht verweilen. Das haben wir bekommen. In 10 Minuten hat man die Metrostation La Defénse an der Grand Arche erreicht. Wer mit dem Auto kommt muss sich allerdings seinen Parkplatz selbst suchen. Das Hotel bietet keine an. Wir hatten Glück und nach der zweiten Runde um das Hotel fand sich eine Lücke in 5 Minuten Geh-Entfernung. Irritiert hatte mich etwas die 3,60 Euro "Sicherheits-Tax" nach dem Auschecken. Ich dachte, es sei mit dem Expedia-Tarif alles bezahlt.
