I emailed the property ahead od travelling to ask if we could check into our room early as i had been travelling from 3am with an 11 year old. They never acknowledged the email and when we got there they were adamant we couldnt have our room till 3pm. We fell asleep in the bar along with other travellers who were in the same situation. Nothing at the hotel to do but SOME of the staff were lovely but it only takes 1 person to put a dampner on the stay

10 minutes from train. Near a nice neighborhood. Close to a supermarket, McDonalds, Bakery. Hotel needs an update on carpet, shower was quite small, and hot. I had to ask for a fan. Staff was nice and overall good.

Pit stop for our Disney trip
Hotel was really clean, but the carpets looked like they needed replacing. The pillows are really flat, so if you like a bigger pillow I’d take your own as I asked for another one and was told they didn’t have any

The room is quite small The clean service is not good as expected you have to ask for new towel Toilet papers and empty the trash Some stuff missed from my room and contact the hotel after i leave with no reply The good thing that the hotel is 2 stations away from Disney Land and 1 station away from val deurope mall.

This property is great if you are on a budget or if you need a hotel for one night before moving on to Disney. Carpets need replacing, and beds could be a little bigger. On arrival, we weren't told the code for the gate, so we had no idea we would need it. Arrived after 11, having watched the fireworks, and we couldn't get in. Eventually, someone arrived who knew the code to let us in. We weren't the only ones! The man at reception gave us the code, but please check when you check in for code. It's clean with a good shower, and overall, it's comfy enough. We had a kettle in the room with tea and milk, which is rare for France.

Meals too late, rooms hot, no air con
No air con. The rooms were over heated to a ridiculous level and none of us could sleep for hours. We all needed a meal but were only given the option to pay 17 euros for a 3 course meal which was great for some but my daughter hardly eats so money wasted there. The staff spoke poor english so couldnt explain things or help with problems really. The meal wasnt available til 7pm but we needed to eat earlier.

Disappointment.
I believe hôtel from the late 80’s, has not been renovated. Decoration is outdated, floor carpet dirty, bed with mattress that you feel the spring, very tiny room. Located on a roundabout on the highway exit. For a 90€/night I was expecting much better. Very disappointed.

Ok but plenty of better hotels
Stayed here for one night before heading to Disney. Hotel was quite busy but plenty of free parking available. Reception area and hotel building perfectly acceptable and welcoming for price point. Check-in was initially ok but when we went to the room it literally smelt like someone just smoked a packet of cigarettes inside. Debatable room was even checked so not sure how covid safe it was. Also smell was so strong someone had literally recently been smoking inside. Went straight down to reception. Spoke to guy on reception, who said we have no other rooms. Then left us waiting and started serving people coming into the hotel after us. Eventually after waiting for another three groups he came to the room with us to check. Realised it smelt like someone was inside smoking, looked shocked and suddenly found another room. Needless waste of time checking in. Plenty of other hotels around at the same price point. Wont stay again as hotel cleaning staff clearly don't care.

A very big disappointment 😫😫😫 thé poorest experience in my whole travels... dirty rooms, no room service for three days, no comfort, AC not operating at nights... and the staff seems to find it funny when you complain about the very poor situation in the conditions... or to have no concern. When l ask assistance on how to get to the public transport at the reception, the staff told me that he is not from this area😜😜😜. I will never recommend this shorty hotel to anyone... even for free.

Location is ok for Disneyland Paris, about a 10 min walk to Bussy St George RER station and a 5 min train ride with frequent trains. The hotel itself is tired and needs a good clean and refurb. Beds were not great and cleaning standard was so poor that first room had to be changed which they did without question.

Staff very friendly at check in. The hotel was dirty and Run down. Breakfast very disappointing. Family room not exactly adequate, kids single beds with double Duvets shows that campanile hotels don’t consider children as a valued customer. Won’t be staying again.

The location was ideal for Disneyland and the city of Paris. The hotel was very clean and we were greeted warmly by the reception staff on arrival. Everything in the hotel was good. Although the only thing I felt let it down was at meal times the waiting staff were also doubling up as bar staff. They were taking drink orders from tables going to the bar and getting those drinks then taking them to customers leaving people at the bar just standing there. I waited about 10-15 minutes to get served despite three members of staff going to the bar for other people’s drinks and acknowledging me. During meal times I think there should be someone on the bar permanently to allow people not eating, or people who have already eaten the chance to get served a lot quicker. Apart from this I recommend this hotel as we stayed in the one next door last year but the facilities in this one were much better. We will be back to stay here again.

The bed was not very comfortable, nor was the pillow. Only had two bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. No Kleenex in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good cheap hotel. Shame about check in times.
Good hotel but found the fact that check in closed at 9pm really difficult especially as we only booked it for its closeness to Disneyland Paris.

Staff friendly,would recommend.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good (hot evening buffet not that great). Room was great for us for one night but beds not that comfy if staying more than one night. Good stay though and would come back. Handy for staying first night at Disney before moving into Disney hotel.

Used this hotel to stay the night before as it was close to Disneyland, where our main stay was to be and we could there early check in and get access to the park in the magic hours. Easy checkin and out and room was clean.

Nice stop.
Quiet hotel just off the highway to Paris. Near Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. We visited Disney then drove to CDG airport.

Lovely hotel and good location.
Hotel was perfect for what I needed for a shot trip to Disney land and Paris... Odd few washed in staines on towel, nail varnish I pursumed but other than that lovely, clean and friendly staff.

Convenient location near to Disneyland Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Bussy RER station was walking distance - along with very useful selection of shops. Motorway was close by - but did not disturb us at all. Hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
