do not reserve there unless you 100% going

I could not go to Paris, I had no passport since it got lost and it was not available and my passport was not ready and I told them so and they could not care less they just took my money and run, and would not refund me my money, big money for a hotel so cheap and nasty. I will never ever go there even if they offer me free room, too nasty and miserable, they can have it.

Paris is beautiful. Walked miles. Art galleries fantastic. Visited notre dame, Eiffel Tower, boat up the river seine, champs se ellyses, designer shops, sacre coeur, gardens and more. Hotel very comfortable, clean, friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend. Variety of good restaurants and French people very warm and friendly. Would go back tomorrow.

Very nice hotel close to everything

Posted 31-Jan-2015
Pros: It is modern and elegant
Cons: Breakfast is a bit overpriced and is not "French" enough...
Location: It is in the heart of St. Germen –– it is enough to say
I staid there for 5 days. Despite the weather, cod and rainy, the hotel gave me the warmth and this feeling "being at home far from home"mostly due to very friendly and professional staff. Everyone was very responsive and treid to help. Whethere there were medicine forgotten in another hotel, or the sauna opened upon request late in the evening when I felt a bit under the weather...

Pourquoi 5 etoiles , pour moi 4 sont deja' bien.

Posted 19-Jan-2015

Excellent Boutique Hotel in St. Germain!

Posted 06-Jan-2015
Pros: Ambience, staff
My family and I stayed here (3 rooms) during Christmas week, 2014. First, the location is fabulous- right in the heart of St. Germain (down the block from the Café Deux Magots), near tons of cafes, bars, etc. The Louvre is a 10 -15 minute walk across the Seine. The hotel is very attractive- modern and chic. While standard rooms are small, they are cleverly designed so as to maximize the efficiency. Most important- the staff at the hotel is incredible! Everyone from the Concierges, to the front desk staff, to the bar tenders, to the waiters, to the bellhops, etc. etc. greet you with a smile, and seemingly can't do enough to help make your stay enjoyable (and assist with your plans in Paris). Merci Bel-Ami ! We will definitely be back.
