“A very comfortable and quiet hotel in a residential area within walking distance to the Eiffel”

This hotel was the only one that we saw in our area and was in a quiet, residential area within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower on the opposite side of the Seine. Staff was helpful, food was tasty, and delivered in a timely manner to our room. The room size was certainly a plus, as it was spacious and very clean with ammenities and we were very comfortable there. There is a shuttle available for transport to CDG and Orly, which is far superior to taking the metro, which we found confusing and very unpleasant, especially comparing their trains to the excellent ground transport system of London.

Area recommendations
If you want a spacious room and quiet surroundings with an opportunity to walk and get exercise, this hotel is for you, as it offers so much for an extremely good room rate. It is a short distance from a metro station, but I don't recommend metro travel to and from airports in Paris.

“Good hotel at great value in Paris”

This hotel was very clean and friednly staff. We did stay 2 nights and had a good stay. I would recommend this place if you are planning to walk around Paris (specially to the Eiffel Tower) reachable in 30 mins. I would stay there again.

Area recommendations
If you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood and some nice local restaurants, the 16th arrondissement is the place for you. This is not a buzzy location but convenient and green.

“Happy times”

It was a pleasant hotel and was located within 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Room was really clean and bigger than I expected. The staff were friendly and could all speak very good english. All in all I was very satisfied with the hotel and would gladly return next time I visit Paris.

“Good location and helpful staff.”

We booked this hotel in order to be close to the French Open tennis, and indeed it was a leisurely 25-30min stroll to the complex. It is also a similar distance from the Eiffel Tower - a nice walk along the river. The location is quiet, possibly better for couples rather than single females, but generally the area seemed good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, speaking - of course - excellent English! Breakfast was nice and the room was very big, and clean, and overall I was very happy and would recommend this hotel.

“WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN”

AC WAS NOT WORKING. WHEN ASKED TO BE CHECKED I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT THE SEASON FOR THE AC TO BE ON. ROOM NEEDED REPAIRS WALLS HAD STAINS AND MARKS. UPON ARRIVAL THEY DID NOT HAVE A KEY TO OUR ROOM. NO SCREEN ON THE WINDOW SO IT COULD NOT BE KEPT OPEN DURING THE NIGHT.

“Very well located from the Eiffel Tower”

The room was very nice and the hotel is very well located in Paris, it is about a 15 minutes walk to reach the tour eiffel and you have one metro station close and two RER stations close as well, so everything was brilliant the only thing that I would have liked to be better and didn't expect it to be that way was the wi-fi, I thought it would be available for free in the room, but it was not, yet you could use it at the bar and at the reception for free which i guess is becoming normal, and i did used to go sit down there just to use the internet and it's totally ok.

“Good hotel and great location”

Both the hotel and room were imaculately clean. Rooms are of decent size and th best thing is the grocery store across the road. Hotel is on walking distance from the Eiffel tower which gave us chance to come back to hotel in the evening for a quick break and get ready to go out again at night for dinner or to enjoy lovely late evening at Eiffel tower. I would definatley stay at this hotel next time.

“Really good location!”

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. It was in the perfect location as well as the metro was only 5 mins away and the eiffel tower was a leisurely stroll away along the river. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a clean affordable place to stay.

“Very good hotel, would recommend to anyone looking to see paris for cheap!!”

Hotel was as good as expected. 24 hour doors and fantastically located. Shop just outside the front of the hotel and a fantastic italian restaurant on the corner and well within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The only complaint i would have is that one morning after the cleaners had been they forgot to shut the door behind them leaving our room unlocked and open with our stuff and some valuables in while we were walking around Paris. Very close to Metro for Disneyland Paris and also walking distance to the Parc Des Prince stadium were we watched PSG v Bordeaux in a Ligue 1 match for 30 euros a ticket

“Nice hotel but not a brilliant location”

This hotel was simple and average. It was very clean, if not a little tatty from the outside. The rooms are large and always kept clean. The bathroom is also quite large and includes a bath and shower. The staff all speak excellent English and are very willing to help. The only problem we found is that it was very easy to get lost around the hotel. It is located in a good neighbourhood surrounded by other houses and apartments which made it difficult to find the hotel. Also, most taxi drivers did not know where the street was in which the hotel was located. However, if you know your way around Paris, it is only a 15 minute walk from the eiffel tour. Overall the hotel is nice with lovely staff. I would recommend it if you know your way around Paris.

Area recommendations
The area near the "concorde" metro stop is centrally located within easy walking distance of most major attractions. If I was to return to Paris, I would choose to stay around this area.
