The price of the stay does match the expectations, but the staff didnt. I really hope no one will have to deal with the shock we had too ,when we arrived to hotel. The receptionist took us to room 304 and left us to it, when the room was already taken by other guest.. we was left in someone else room with their belongings ... i hope the people who stayed at that room have been made aware of it.. Other than that good place to stay for one night when you traveling. The main attractions is not to far from the hotel, around 50 minutes walk or 15 minutes traveling with public transport. Definitely needs a kettle in the rooms and specially when you are staying in January.

Nice accommodations to see Paris
Good location in MontParness. The people were very friendly and the place very clean. The rooms are quite small by American standards but fine for couples. I didn’t get the breakfast at the hotel because there are a bunch of great cafes around the hotel. Go to Alisia round about and just pick one. These usually offer petit dejeuner for less than hotel. Overall a good place to stay. Would go back.

Our “triple” room was much too small for all three of us. It was uncomfortably warm, so much so, that no one slept well.

The staff were very friendly. We landed hours before we could check in, and they let us in our room early because it was ready. The shower didnt drain fast, so we worried about it over flowing, but that was the only problem we saw with our room. It was within 5 mins of a metro station, there was a late night corner store right down thr street, and a nice cafe a few mins walk from thr hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel strictly for location. The rooms are quite small and usually have only a shower. The people are nice but I think it is overpriced for what you get.

The hotel’s location is great but in the hotel, the furniture is outdated especially in the lobby, the carpet in the room is very old and there is no A/C but there is a small fan. There is a lot of restaurants and small stores around the hotel and the metro could take you any place in Paris.

Noisy, Dusty, and Deceiving
Expedia you said that this was a 3 star hotel, but it's more like a 1.5 Star hotel. The pictures are deceiving and the rooms are dirty! I stayed here for a few nights and upon arrival the room was very dusty; there are giant dust bunnies at every corner of the room, chipped/peeling paint, and the lighting in the room was horrible. We requested the room to be cleaned the next day and house cleaning only removed the trash and the made the bed; there was still dust on top of the headboard and on the carpet. When we realized that the room wasn't going to be fully cleaned we decided to have the Do NOT Disturb sign on the door, and both times the bed was made. Apparently privacy is not valued here. The room doesn't have AC so you're forced to open the windows. Unfortunately our room was facing the back of the hotel where the trash and employee smoke.

Very friendly staff
It was a generally good stay for me and my friend. The hotel was clean and the reception staff were all nice and very helpful. It was relatively near the Metro so it was a good choice. The hotel does not have A/C so on hot days, it might be uncomfortable for people who like to sleep in cooler temperatures. There is a fan in the room so it helped a bit. I would still stay in this hotel in the future.

Quaint hotel in a quiate neighborhood.
Commendation of front desk staff - peter. He went out of his way to assist us. Very efficient, and really went out of his way to assistbus with our next leg of our trip.

This hotel is close to friends so convenient for me. Not close to the main shopping or tourist areas but very clean, nice breakfast and extremely friendly personnel. Good value for money.

Have stayed here twice in two years. Beds comfortable; bathrooms modern with great shower. Breakfast is good. One suggestion is that rooms need brighter lighting. Good restaurants in neighborhood.

Lovely local neighborhood
This is not part of the usual tourist scene. We may have been the only Americans staying at this hotel. Although in a neighborhood street, still lots of restaurants, supermarket, bank and Metro stops nearby.

Watch out for service fee!
- Got hit with a large fee in addition to the rate, which I didn't see until after I had paid. Much higher than any fee I've ever had on Hotels.com. Very little sound insolation between rooms +Large room, very good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Location a little hard to find, but w/in easy walking distance to Montparnasse.

Perfect spot off the beaten track
This was an ideal spot for me and my daughters. The room was tiny (but we expected that) and clean with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you especially for the tip to visit the creperie down the street - we stayed 4 nights and ended up returning 3 times, having wonderful conversations with the owner. Public transportation is very close by - we enjoyed having access to all of Paris but returning 'home' at night to a more quiet neighborhood. Wonderful!

Don't be fooled by the photos online......
This hotel was okay. The photos that I saw online made it look nicer and more modern that it actually was in person. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. I had to change rooms (my mistake) and both of the rooms I was in had a strange smell to them. The elevator and hallways are very small/tight, so when I tried to change rooms, and the maid cart was in the hallway, I had to jester to her (didn't speak English) to please move the cart out of the hallway so that I could get my suitcase through. It's located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood and is only a few blocks from the Metro. Overall it was a good hotel stay for the price.

Nice hotel in Montparnasse
Really nice, clean hotel. About a five min walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants, cafes, markets nearby. The room was a bit small. Enjoyed our stay.

Tiny room, not more than 12 square meters for sure! Seems like they are trying to get as much money as possible from this tiny little building. Can certainly find a much better value hotel...

Fantastic dervice
We found the hotel staff extremely helpful and pleasant, the public areas and the room were very clean and well maintained. One thing we did miss was tea and coffee making facility in our room and satellite tv would have been a plus, would definitely return though.

Non-tourist neighbourhood. Several cafés and restaurants nearby in addition to boulangeries, a supermarket and a metro stop. Staff were friendly and the room was lovely and precisely what we expected. Only gripe was that the room was very warm but the fan provided really helped with that. Overall, fantastic for the price.
