Everything about the hotel was great. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Service and staff was good. I enjoy staying at HI and this one didn’t disappoint. The room was a decent size for Paris. I would stay again. My only comment is that if you have slight mobility issues, request an accessible room. Our room had a few steps to take from the elevator and the tub was a bit raised from the floor.

Only had a street front. I did not like the tub in the room. Unfortunately, it is very high & very difficult to get in or out. I know that is normal for European bathrooms to have a tub, but in the future I would probably ask for shower only. I. Am only 5’1” and a Senior, climbing over tub could be dangerous.

Highly recommended!
The hotel is well located within a short walk to tourist hot spots. The room is very clean, staff are friendly, metro is just outside the door, plenty restaurants/super markets neaeby. A highly recommended hotel.

Great location, lovely property, cozy room and friendly staff! Right next to Metro stop and close to wonderful restaurants and bakeries. Great cozy room with surprisingly large bathroom, street can be noisy but as soon as you close the windows it’s quite quiet!

This hotel will not change my booking dates as Brussels Airlines cancelled my flight last minute. I pleaded with the management of the hotel, the Expedia team did same but they wouldn’t be bothered. They took almost 700 US dollars from my credit card without me stepping a foot in the hotel. Zero human face to customer service, even robots are not wired this way. Maybe that’s what “French Hospitality” is about.

Staff at this hotel were some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered during my many travels. Patient, respectful and courteous. Room was immaculately cleaned every day. Fantastic location, 20ft from the metro which is very easy to navigate and will take you anywhere in Paris with ease

I liked that metro was right out the front door, places to eat all around the hotel, close to Galleries Lafayette and covered passages. My mom thought shower could have used grab bars as she found shower floor slippery but I had no issues. The breakfast was nice every morning. There is a restaurant across the street open 24 hours continuous service and they had people over there at 4am. When we were meeting tour for Normandy at 7am and needed breakfast option at 5am we knew they were open. Overall great experience and in the shopping location we wanted

Hello, we have always had a good experience with Holiday Inn, except for this hotel. First of all, the breakfast was great, no doubt about it, and it was even better than other Holiday Inn Hotels. However, a wrong advertisement on the hotel's website made our experience unpleasant. While they stated that kids could stay in the same room for free, they didn't accept my 5-year-old daughter, and we were forced to upgrade to a bigger room. On one day, we didn't have a room from morning until 6 pm, and we had to spend hours in the lobby. I understand that they have to follow occupancy rules, but at the very least, they don't need to advertise incorrect information.

Poor service all round
We were given a room in the bowels of the hotel . To get to the room we had to use the lift , walk along a long corridor then go up some stairs to a landing then go down two flights of stairs using stairs that were not even or parallel. We were not offered any help with our luggage or given a guide to the room . The room had not been cleaned properly as there was rubbish from the hot drinks facilities around the rubbish bin. When we were setting up the room safe we found it was locked in the open position and would not function. We called reception who eventually sent a handy man who could not fix the safe . We then returned to reception-see journey details above - to try to sort out the problem as we did not want to leave our valuables in the room without a safe. We told the receptionist that we would be happy to pay for an upgraded room if it had an operational safe but we told that there were no other rooms available that night and we would have to return to our original room and that the handyman would supply another safe. So given no other option we had to return to our room - see journey details above . The handyman then brought a replacement safe but advised that it would not be secured within the cupboard where the original safe was situated. This meant that we had a safe but it was fully portable !! When we complained to the receptionist we were told that the only people who would have access to our room - and our portable safe - would be hotel employees !!

The Holiday Inn was a great place to stay if you want a room with some space to live in. The area was nice with lots of restaurants available and the Metro right out the front door. The staff could not be more helpful in getting transportation and transfer to the airport. I would recommend it highly for a stay in Paris.

Good hotel but 1st night our shower didn't drain. It flooded the bathroom and part of bedroom carpet. Technician only part fixed it that night. Frustrating and the GM claimed he couldn't do anything y like adjust our charge for the night. He didn't even return our calls. The issue was ignored the room which was labeled "superior " was small. Breakfast was very good and hotel location was good although a noisy street

Our first night we had a shower that didn't drain and flooded the bathroom and into the carpet of the room. A maintenance guy only half unplugged it. We tried talking to the GM but he couldn't make a decision and was supposed to get back with us. He never did. They had a nice breakfast and our superior room was small but ok. We were on the 7th floor so it was quiet on a busy street. Would look for another hotel next time

We liked this property. The room was large for a room in Paris, very clean with good amenities. Negatives regarding the room: the only way to use the kettle is to unblug the desk lamp. And the hair dryer was wonky. The staff was superb, helpful, smiling and friendly, from the reception to the breakfast staff. Breakfast is generous, if repetitive - but the maître D stepped in and gave us a few more options. Super service. Overall this property is excellent value and we would recommend it.

Excellent hotel property and customer service. We stay here often for the location and quality. My wife has accessibility challenges so we appreciate the subway has escalator BUT THE ESCALATOR was not working so it was hard for my wife with all the stairs. Otherwise, it’s perfect hotel.

Amazing stay and centrally located!
Our stay at Holiday Inn Paris Opera Grands Boulevards was great! It was centrally located, close to the Metro and within walking distance to many tourist sites and restaurants. A special thank you to Jason at the reception desk who always helped us to determine the best routes to various places we wanted to go. The breakfast was excellent (good variety of foods, hot and cold) and the rooms were nice and clean. We'll be back!
