“Not for Us”

We were wanting this hotel for New Year and were disappointed when it cost 50+ Euros in cab from Gare De Norde. Traffic was horrendous and the taxi driver could not find the suites after going past it twice. In the end we suggested that he ring the hotel and ask for directions. The metro trip into central Paris was good with the stop being a two minute walk from the hotel. La Defense is obviously a business district with lots of high rise office buildings. We didn't stay long enough to find out whether there were good eating places around but for a hotel out of the main tourist areas it was comfortable. Perhaps next time we would stay more centrally.

“Practical for a Family”

I stay in Fraser Suites in many countries and would rate this one about average to my previous experiences. It is a very practical solution when traveling with a family. The one big positive is that the beds are VERY comfortable and when traveling with a family, there is a nice gathering area. The second positive feature for a family is that while there is only one bathroom in a two bedroom, the actual toilet is in a separate room then the shower. It is very convenient to the metro and about a 10 minute ride to the Champs Elysee. There is a grocery store near by.

“Acceptable, but not impressive!”

The hotel was great for what I was using it for. I had to work in the La Defense area...one metro stop away, and my family could get into downtown very easy on the metro. The metro station was literally maybe 200 meters from the front door of Fraser Suites. It is great for its size, but do not expect the high standards of cleanliness compared to a hilton, hyatt, or even days inn with respect to chains in the US. It was comfortable and plenty of room for us...would easily accomodate six in the 2 bedroom suite. The staff was not very friendly at all....well most of them. A couple were okay and helpful, but the rest were very rude. If you can put up with that, then this is an acceptable place to stay and much cheaper than a hotel that would accomodate that many. I could not find a hotel that had two double beds in a room.

“We liked this hotel!!”

This hotel is not far from all the sites. It is a nice hotel, accomodated five adults with no problem. On site parking was a huge plus, also had a decent hotel right on the premises with good food at a good prices. Everything was clean and nice. All in all I would reccomend this hotel to others.

Best place we've stayed in Paris. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and reasonable size rooms. Got mini Easter eggs on Easter Sunday - very nice . Only thing is car park is very hard to find and they should provide more information on their own website re directions.

“Rooms Not Clean!!!!!”

Rooms were dirty... specially the bathroom and even after complaining the next day, after the cleaning service the bathroom was still dirty with hairs all over the place from previous guests. Bed were not confortable. Location was good and close to subway station.

we found the hotel clean and smart the room was great with 2 balconys on both sides of the building,it was quiet at night,and the metro was 2 mins walk away,it was also in a safe area we walked back from the metro around midnight and felt perfectly safe,access to the car park was slightly confusing,but if you follow the following instructions you will go straight there,approach the hotel along Av.Cherles De Gaulle (out of paris)over the bridge(pont)de Neuilly,once over the bridge dont take the first right as this takes you allong side the river, take the second right heading for Circulaire de defence and then almost immedietly turn right along a service road along the front of the ibis hotel,go slowly along the service road at the end it turns sharp right you need to take the turning to the right just before this which takes you down under the Fraiser Suites hotel which will be on your right at this time,go down the ramp and at the bottom you come into the service area,look accross slightly to your right and you will see a red barrier and closed shutter doors this is the access to the hotel parking area
