“Location, Location, Location!”

The location was brilliant - less than 200m walk to Arc de Triomphe. The staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Cable television was great, but virtually nothing in English, or even subtitled in English. The room was the size of a shoe box and the shower was so small, you couldn't even bend over to wash your feet, or wash your hair without hanging out of the shower and flooding the bathroom floor. But one must expect tight spaces in Paris. Probably overpriced considering the public transport system in Paris is so efficient and easily accessible, and the hotel's only major boast is its location.

“Great Hotel in Paris”

We are frequent travelers to Europe with our 2 daughters. We are always looking for great location, good service, clean and comfortable. This hotel was one of the best finds in years. This hotel is a great value. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and the location is convenient to metro and walking Paris. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel because we found a great cafe just across the street. Great coffee , pastries , and sandwiches to start the day at a reasonable price. We had the corner delux double room which was a good size for Europe standards. Also, we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower with lights at night. Can't wait to go back .

“Great location! and great service!”

Location was very important to us as we were only in Paris for 2 days to see the end of the Pedal from London to Paris cycling race for The British Legion Charity. The race ended at the Arc de Triomphe which was only minutes away. The hotel was very comfortable, room was a bit small but very clean and location was our main priority. Staff were very helpful, friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would go back and would highly recommend it. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel as were preferred to go out and explore the area which was perfectly safe day and night to walk around. The metro was very easy to use and very convenient for the hotel

“Slightly below average with friendly staff”

Nice location , clean rooms but too small and the shower is even unbelievably tiny that my husband wouldn't fit in it ( he's not that fat !), the AC was not working well , would say that it's slightly below average , but has friendly and nice staff .

The Hote location is quite important and the breakfast was also good. near to many facilities specialy the metro and the bus.

The room on the picture looks much better than the room we got... but consider that they are renovating.... so it might get better... The room was tiny and the shower just 2' X 2' and sound isulation is poor. Location is great!

“Excellent Paris Hotel Option”

Excellent location. Minutes walk from subway, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees. Very clean. Knowledgable and helpful staff.

Emeraude Hotel Plaza Etoile is located just 200 meters from the Arc de Triomphe and the Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro stop. Perfect location as a base in Paris. There are also many restaurants in the immediate area and close to shopping on the Champs Elysses. The room was clean and had a private bathroom. The rooms are, of course, small but that is standard for Europe. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
