“THE VERY BEST”
I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW GOOD THIS HOTEL WAS ~ IT WAS EXCELLENT PLUS***** ~ THE STAFF WERE TREMENDOUS ~ THE FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL ~ THE SERVICE WAS BEYOND THE NORMAL. THE PROBLEM OF IT ALL IS ~ IT IS FRANCE WHERE EVERYTHING IS SO VERY EXPENSIVE ~ A GREAT SHAME, BUT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS.
“great lcation”
great hotel clean, smells like a sweet shop, food not so great, but good choice for breakfast. close to parks with free shuttle bus, overall good holiday my 11 year old boy loved the ocktails in musketeer bar and the pool, safe for kids to run around.
“want to take all the familly”
great hotel , the kids eyes lit up when we entered . the staff were freindly and helpful , the food was good we stayed bed and breakfast and breakfast was a great choice for all , we had an evening meal at the hotel some may say a little expensive 33 euro per adult , 11 for the children however the meal was superb the choices were good and compared to eating at the dysney village good value for money , the pool and health suite were good after a long journey, we drove down and the sauna and spa were just what we needed and the kids splashed happily in the pool. overall a great stay and cant wait to go back.
“Great price, nice hotel”
Room was very clean. It's a great hotel if you are with children. The free shuttle service is definitely a plus since the hotel is not at a walking distance from the disney park. The price is really good for a hotel like this. Dont even consider to pay lots more to stay in a hotel located in the park. You find all you need in this one.
“can't wait to go back”
Excellent hotel, great for families lots to do in large foyer for kids. Breakfast continental and some hot but something for everyone. Drinks in bar expensive but typical for area. Second visit and cant wait to go back. Bus outside only 5 minutes from park and frequent. Shop in foyer and snack machine throughout hotel. Swimming pool great for kids and also games room too.
“Brilliant Cheaper Alternative to Disney Hotels”
Decided to stay at the dream castle hotel due to the close proximity to disneyland paris and the facilities provided for children. The price of the hotel was excellent for the level of service that was received. Very large reception area filled with things for children to do. very large statue of a king, thrones, ball pool, carosel etc. as well as seating area where you can watch play and a small disney boutique to allow you to pick up things you forgot to get at the park. On the first night that we stayed we went to the buffet themed meal on the ground floor of the hotel. Slightly overpriced for what it was, but was worth it for the ease and as we hadnt eaten all day managed to get moneys worth. Breakfast selection was amazing, reccomend going early as gets very busy, on the day we went to the parks we were in early and got an earlier shuttle to the parks, pleanty to do before disney opens, beautiful gardens photo opertunitys on main street usa etc. Breakfast consisted of full english, continental, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, crepes anything you could imagine. Shuttle service to the park very good, never waited more than ten mins, obviously very busy at park opening and shutting times.
“Ideal for Disneyland - but make sure you take lot's of euros”
Hotel is perfectly situated for Disneyland and kids will love it. However as there isn't a great deal of things to do in the area other than Disneyland you do feel like the hotel realises they have a captive audience and therefore is a bit pricey for drinks and food. Hotel also does feel a bit soul-less too.
“Nice Hotel, let down by housekeeping.”
Overall a very nice hotel, located a short (complimentary) bus ride away from the Disney theme Parks and Train Station. Hotel lobby and area was clean and well maintained and had games hall to keep children entertained whilst waiting for parents to check in etc. Room was well decorated with good facilities although a little tight with there complimentary tea/coffee. We were 3 people and they had only provided enough for two. Well thought out bunk beds with a curtain ( we had a family room) and super king side bed for the adults, fridge you were allowed to put things in ( no minibar though ;-( ) and blackout curtains. The only thing that let the room down was the standard of house keeping. Beds and towels were clean, however, the bathroom was in a poor state...mould and limescale were prevalent and the grouting on the floor need repair with holes between tiles coupled with a few hairs in the bath....not great. Kettle was filthy, had the last visitors mess and dirt in, so spent 5 minutes rinsing it out. Buffet breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection to satisfy all tastes, cereal, as tries, fruit. hot breakfast, toast , ham, cheese etc. Considering the amount of money you pay to stay at this hotel, i would have expected better, so won't want to stay there again, if we go back to Disney, would risk trying out another one.
“Great family hotel for visiting Disneyland Paris”
Great family hotel for visiting Disneyland Paris. The staff all speak English well and are friendly & helpful. The family rooms have bunk beds with curtains which the kids thought was great fun. We did find the room too warm and the aircon didn't seem to get it any cooler, so we slept with the window open each night. The tea & coffee in the room are not replenished daily, you have to ask if you want more, but once we had figured that out & rang reception to request more it arrived in a few minites. Good breakfast buffet, and we had the dinner buffet one night which had plenty of choice & was excellent value. Free Wi-Fi in the public areas and a free "internet corner" with two terminals. The shuttle bus to Disneyland runs every 20 minutes at least from very early until very late, more frequently at peak times, and only takes a few minutes. This was our second stay here and we would certainly use this hotel again.
“Very ggod hotel”
The hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The room, leisure facilities, restaurant, reception, bar, cleanliness, friendliness was all first class. I would stay here again and recommend it to all others. Only a 5 min bus ride away and the buses run every 15m or so.
