“Very good for the money”

My first reaction was disappointment. But I have to say that soon passed as once I reached the hotel room I was plesantly suprised. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especally the beds. I would recommend anyone with a pram or wheelchair to book a ground floor room as there are no lift services. In the room they do not provide any tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very nice, which included crossiants, rolls, fruits, many cereals, cheese and ham selections. Drinks include orange juice, tea and coffee and milk. The hotal is excellent for meeting and greeting Disney charactors. Charactors included Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a tight budget.

“Basic but it is the cheapest”

This hotel is perfectly acceptable as a base for sleeping in when you go to Disneyland, as you will probably spend the whole day at disneyland and only go back to sleep. Clean, bed made every day, no problems. Buffet continental breakfast in the morning, have to book a time slot, very straight forward. No hairdryer in room but can take your own or hire one from reception. Can meet disney characters every morning at the hotel. Would definately stay again.

“Enjoyed every bit of the holiday”

The Hotel was a 5 minute bus journey to the park and 15-20 minute walk...which would be a nice walk on a warm day!! The Hotel had all the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable for a low cost. The staff were very helpful and the food was varied and always in good supply. Disney characters are available for photos each morning...which can be a good or a bad thing!!

“Great quality & value for money”

We are a family with 2 young children including 1 baby. We chose this hotel for price but were very impressed with standards of comfort, cleanliness and friendliness, helpfulness of staff. The breakfast was good but I would recommend going early before 8 to avoid queuing. When busy the restaurant can be quite noisy and busy but the food quality is good. The hotel is good value for money.

“very impressed, would definately stay there again”

This hotel was ideal for us and our 2 kids, the room wass very clean and the beds were very comfy, the kids loved the bunk beds they had! the room had plenty of storage for our things and a tidy size bathroom. The hotel had a lovely restaurant and bar which had various entertainment on different nights as well as arcade area and playarea for the kids. it had 24hr reception and a gift shop and plenty of parking

“Planning next year already!”

Hotel: no complaints, beds changed everyday, soap/shampoo replenished. Staff: friendly/helpful, spoke good English. Check in/out: nice & simple w/ baggage area to leave luggage on last day before heading to airport and spending a few hours at park. Breakfast: nice & easy w/ bread & pastries. Hotel next to petrol station: handy for buying drinks etc before entering Disney. Disney characters in reception every morning. Walking to the park takes no more than 15minutes, nice walk by the river and other hotels: shuttle bus can get crowded. Magic Hours: good to get baby rides done & make way to bigger rides before they open at 10am to beat the queues. Would recommend hotel to a couple (was good to have 2 double beds at the end of a busy day in Disney!) and a family. Would stay again for sure!

“Ignore the rest - Sante Fe is Great !!!”

Was very apprehensive about this hotel due to other reviews and only 2 star! but was really really pleasantly surprised. Very clean, modern room - can't find a fault !! No queue for breakfast before 8.30am althought after this time the queue builds up. Can be fairly hard to get a table at breakfast. Only 5 minutes queue for the characters in reception each morning (we had Goofy day 1 and Minnie Day 2)!! The walkway to Disney Village/Park too less than ten minutes .... just cross the river/bridge behind the hotel, turn left and follow the river bank along - that's it - you can't get lost it's soo easy!!! much easier than getting the kids on and off the bus. All in all, highly recommend, great price, location, standard & service - would definitely stay here again.

“Nice Hotel”

I thought it is very nice, the staff are freindly and helpful. The grounds are nicly landscaped, there are lots of plants, and intresting items in the ground ie cars in sand and a big cati behind glass.
