“Great Hotel”
Really super - friendly, clean and easy to check in, stay and check out.
“Loved every minute!”
The best thing about staying at Santa Fe is that it never ends, you don't just stay at a hotel - its all beautifully decorated per theme, including an on site volcano!
“Comfortable & Convenient Disney Hotel”
This was a really good value hotel. There is a regular courtesy bus to and from the the Disney Parks and Eurostar train station which takes only a few minutes. The hotel rooms don't look great from the outside of the buildings but inside are absolutely fine - clean and comfortable. Our room had two nice size double beds. The buffet breakfast was included and this was also good. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
“One night at Santa Fe”
Nice clean hotel, breakfast was a little hectic but overall a nice stay
“Good basic hotel for the family”
5th time to Paris Disney and 4th time at this hotel. Still find the breakfast run difficult, due to trying to work out what time to go for? There was no yougart this time.
“Clean and comfortable hotel but needs updating”
The Santa Fe is reasonably priced , handy for the Disney Village and parks and in a quiet locality. When compared to the other hotels in Disneyland it lack s a little charm and the Mexican village theme is a bit thin. It looks in need of an updating and more character adding to rival the other hotels. However, we enjoyed our stay there and service was very efficient and the rooms were spotlessly clean.
“French Trip”
It may only be a 2* hotel but when you're at the resort, you don't spend that much time in the room. It may be expensive if you book it seperately.
“i would like to go back”
great hotel to stay at
“Extremely disappointed”
Went here seven years ago and was impressed with the value for money Disney hotel. I was horrified to see how things had gone down in that time. The dirty smell in the corridor hits you like a ton of bricks as you enter! The whole place could do with a complete refurbishment. Didn't help that the cleaners kept there cleaning carts right outside our door and the first thing you saw early in the morning and late at night! We were in block 50-buffalo trail. Chipped pain and tired furnishing and a musty smell greeted us instead of the vision of clenliness we expected. The breakfast was standard continental fare, which was fine except every morning, we had to queue for at least half an hour with irate Disney fans who wanted to make use of the extra magic hours with not much hope of getting the two full hours! The slip mats just before entering the cantina were dangerous and curling up-but staff did nothing when I saw two people stumble. When, at last we got into the cantina, we were saddened to see that they no longer used the Disney logo napkins, no yoghurt pots-a bowl of yoghut with a ladel in their place amongst other things-cutbacks and it shows! Wish the price was cut too but alas, no. Not worth the money and I feel that Walt Disney would be horrifed to have his name associated with this awful place-sorry!
“Disney Newport Bay Hotel”
We were upgraded to the Newport Bay Hotel which was excellent.
