Definitely a great choice to come by for in the future. The location is good. The room and staff are both great. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, pretty amazing considering how close it is to some of the main attractions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My room was not clean, found a tube of used toothpaste on the floor behind the trash can. After room service the next morning it was put back on the sink burrrkkkk. The rooms have a funny smell, they are supper narrow rooms. Never again will i go there, i coukd have found way better for that price

The property was perfect for our family. The girls 7 and 9 really liked the bunk beds and Mom and I really liked having our own personal room upstairs. The lady and gentleman who took care of us were awesome!!! We loved our stay and will take back wonderful memories of Paris!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was charming and the people were so very nice. I will stay here again. I had my 82 year old mother, as well as my college age daughter and university friend with us. The duplex was perfect because everyone had space. Great setup for families! Classy and cute.

This was a very quiet hotel and was in a great spot for walking to all the major tourist spots in Paris! The morning front desk man was awesome! So very friendly and inviting and shared lots of great tips! Highly recommend!

Worst hotel ever. Small elevator for only one person with luggage. Very old hotel and dirty. My room smell horrible and there was no room to open my bag on the floor. Very small rooms and bathrooms are even worst because of the space and not clean. When I say very small rooms I mean very small. Also fridge was not working and there was a smell coming out of it. We had to sleep with the door of the balcony open. My moms room was the same. I been in to old hotels but this was something else.

We checked in between 730-830 pm, had dinner. Tiny room, no space to move in room or to put your luggage. Power outlets in our room didn’t work- how are we going to charge our phones & how can my husband use his CPAP? The staff told me to knock next door to share their power outlet with us & get ourselves extension cord…to wait for the guests next door when they arrive… to charge our phones at the front desk & charge my husband’s CPAP there too???…Or to wait til tomorrow…Unbelievable! My husband could die without his cpap overnight….staff don’t get it! The staff blamed my adapter & said that it’s not working when he even tried it at the front desk & saw that it worked, thinks we’re stupid not knowing anything about power supply & stuff. Staff could not find a solution.. I moved out of the hotel in the middle of the night, called expedia & reported this incident. This hotel should not be selling a room when it’s amenities are non functioning. Do not stay at this hotel at all!!!

Good option
It was a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful, location is good and it’s a 7-10 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées. We stayed in the family room which had a courtyard entrance and was a duplex room. The bathroom was a little small but apart from that no complaints as such.

Very good location with almost everything near by like restaurant, metro, bus stop etc. staffs are very nice. Only thing is the room and bathroom are very small and the prices are very high. But we enjoyed our stay because the public transport connectivity is excellent near to the hotel.

Great friendly hotel in convenient location.
We stayed here overnight during the week in April. It was very welcoming, friendly and well organised. We had a lovely room for two, which was quite spacious for Paris. The hotel is located in a great part of the city within easy walking distance of public transport. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice little hotel, rooms are very, very basic, shower in my room was not working properly. Walls are very thin and so you can hear doors banging and noises from other rooms all night. Overall ok - but I'd only stay there if I had no other choice.

The hotel is well located,and the receptionist has done her very best to accommodate me as a guest. The inside of the room was deplorable- a sliding poorly fitting mattress,a very stinky dirty refrigerator,small tv with no English speaking channels,exceptionally small shower and a low quality hair dryer. On the kettle stand I have discovered an opened sugar tube and only 1 small stick of coffee.Noise insulation very poor.Would recommend for 1 night only with a great precaution,as the room is tiny even by Parisian standards and definitely overpriced.

Hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe and had lots of shops and amenities close to it. The hotel has a lift which if you have very heavy bags you'll be thankful for on the windy Parisian staircases. The room was very small (exactly what I expected from Paris reviews) but comfortable.

The hotel staff were nice, and the room was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked very well. However, everything was so small! From the unlit staircase, to the shower I could step into the toilet from, to the room where there was no space to open my luggage except the bed. Other cons that would make me think twice about coming back: no place to unpack my clothes, no smoke detectors, very thin walls, and there's a bar right next door, leading to some street noise at unusual hours. If you need a quick place to drop your stuff and sleep, would still be acceptable. Other pros (to be fair): kettle and coffee/tea in room, shower water got hot instantly, free WiFi that was fairly quick.

dear Sirs. this is the first time I booked with Expedia and i surprised , it was a bad choice, I arrived to the hotel around 6:00 Am , I tried to check in but the reception said you can not now , if you want we can book an extra night for you and i said how much he said the rate it will be double you got on expedia, for only 5 hours, or cant stay at lobby , put your bags here and leave the hotel and come again around 1:00 pm i went out around 7:00 am it was night and raining in paris , when i come back to hotel , they give me room around 1:00pm the room it was a single bed and i was reserved double bed , and i go back to reception to change the room, and the space for breakfast very small and a day there was a Q line to take your breakfast,ohh my god it was the big mistake booked in this hotel,

Dear guest thank you for your feedback, the check-in hour is between 1 and 2 AM not at 6AM because at that time we do not have the rooms available, and if you want to check in early morning you should reserve your room from the day before so we can keep your room until you arrive. as for the breakfast room , you know that we have 2 spaces which can take 31 person, so it is not very small.

DON't stay here-disappointing-but great location
First off-July in Paris -and they have NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!-And they have NO Breakfast despite advertising-the hallways are dark and the staff really could care less-the water pressure is surprisingly good and the location is superb-but the staff's lack of regard and unprofessional concern for their guests is sad as the whole experience in Paris is something that should be cherished for a lifetime-I was there on business and stayed at worse many times-but for the money -stay somewhere that makes your time in Paris memorable-not a hotel where the most you can expect is the basics

Pictures are misleading
From the pictures this looks like a nice hotel. the reality is quite different. It feels dated, the room was small even by Paris standards, the Receptionist made no acknowledgment on my arrival for a few minutes whilst she moved papers around the desk, there is no aircon in the rooms just a small old noisy fan that made no difference, you cant have the windows open on the street side as its too noisy, the shower holder was broken meaning the shower moved around constantly whilst on, the shower tray would fill up and was so small the curtain would continually stick to me, the gel dispenser was empty for the 3 days I was there and an old half empty bottle of shower gel had been left presumably from the last guest. The lights in the hall stairs did not come on automatically when you leave the room causing me to almost fall down the dark stairs at one point. All that to say it was possibly one of the worst hotels I have stayed in Paris.
