This hotel is accessible to subway(metro) but that's all. There's only one staff that's accommodating and he works in the morning, he made our stay pleasant, forgot to get his name. Avoid this hotel if you can, the towels, beddings smell like vinegar, there's so many hair on the bed sheets. Asked the receptionist Sabrina for an extra pilllow and told me the lady/cleaner had gone for the day and she can't get us one. Two nights had passed, no pillows until the 3rd night. We asked for the beddings to be changed and the last cleaner can't speak basic English, I helped her changed the beddings, pulled the covers and bed etc. Last day, there's no hot water running in the shower. We had to endure 4 nights of smelly vinegar sheets and towels. When we left, the receptionist didn't even issue me a receipt of payment for the extra charge she said we didn't pay like taxes, but my booking says paid in full including taxes. We just had to let it go because we were in a hurry to catch our flight. I'd give this hotel a 1 star for the poor customer service, and bad hotel management.
