Dear Marina, Thank you for giving us your feedback. I present my sincere apologies for the smell of smoke present in your room when you checked in. I must correct you as, in fact, our hotel is entirely Non Smoking. However, all customers do not apply this rule and in this occasion, we failed to remove this odour. You should have come to tell to the front desk, to find a quick solution. Regarding the size of our rooms they are in accordance with existing standards for 3 stars hotels in ParisWe have four different room categories available at the hotel allowing us to find the perfect room to meet any guests needs.Housekeeping service is provided on a daily basis, fresh towels are provided daily, and our general housekeeper checks each room to ensure that everything is spotlessly clean. Please, can you tell me more about cleanliness? I am a bit surprised about your comment : our staff is generally recognized for being helpful and kind with our guests. A La Villa des Artistes we do have key cards that control the light in the room, but not the minibar. The minibar is 24/7 on.In order to check the minibar in your room, we checked it after your departure, and everything worked well, no suspicious smells in. During your stay at the hotel, you only asked twice for housekeeping ; maybe your rooms needed to be airing and cleaned up, towel and beds refreshed. I am sorry if your stay do not meet all your expectation ; overall, I hope you will come back for your next parisian stay, Regards,

You can easily reach some of the main parisian landmarks by subway or by walk, of course. Concerning the AC, it was actually switch off (during winter months), but as you said, you just had to ask to have it. This is the advantage to have a dynamic and friendly team.At A La Villa des Artistes we provide an american or continental buffet breakfast, with delicious salty and sweet products, in order to fit every guest's need.
