“A little expensive but overall good”
Good hotel. Room was nice and clean with nice decorations. It was a litlle expensive but it is situated near the Trocadero gardens and the Eiffel tower which makes it very convenient. Metro stop is also close by. Overall satisfactory service with nice and kind receptionist who offered a lot of help and guidance. I would recommend this hotel.
“Perfect for a short stay in Paris”
The hotel was great, the staff extremely helpful and service with a smile. Fantastic location where it was within walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee. We had breakfast during our entire stay and was adequate although I do understand other comments regarding the size of the breakfast room. I would so recommend this hotel and location as we felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a first stay in Paris.
“Would highly recommend”
The hotel was very charming with a wood pannelled lobby with leather chairs and sofas. Our triple room was roomy with very attractive decor and a large, beautiful bathroom with two sinks. The street was quiet and lead to a good area for shopping. Short walk to the Metro and Eiffel Tower. Well worth the money and plan on returning.
“Would definitely stay here again.”
Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!
“Enjoyed our stay there so much, would definitely return”
Accomodations quite roomy. Housekeeping and concierge service outstanding. The lift only big enough for one human and two suitcases, but not surprising in reasonably priced European hotels. Tour Eiffel within decent walking distance. Public transportation accessible with ease. Felt safe, neighborhood quiet. Complaints? Wall was peeling, artwork missing, breakfast very pricey--look elsewhere. Avoid getting adjoining rooms separated by paper doors. Could hear EVERYTHING next door. Bring good earplugs.
“Nice Hotel in Quiet Neighborhood”
We had a wonderful stay here - the hotel staff was very accommodating and spoke English. Our room was cleaned and we got new towels every day. Like all Paris hotels, the room was small, but comfortable - besides, we were usually only there to sleep! It had French doors that opened to a small balcony. No view; but the neighborhood is very quiet and there are nice patisseries, markets and cafes nearby. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and there are nice cafes near the Trocadero as well. We had thought about staying in Central Paris, but we are so happy we stayed here as it would have been much too noisy downtown. Charming hotel, but beware of the very tiny elevator. We were only on the third floor so we used the fun circular staircase most of the time. We look forward to returning.
“Lovely, Quaint Hotel in Paris”
I enjoyed staying at this hotel in Paris and did not want to leave. THe hotel was very Parisian. It was very comfortable and charming at the same time. I would definitely stay here again when I make it back to Paris. Looooved it!!
“Perfect hotel for a short city break”
Trocadero la Tour is situated nicely off a bustling Paris street, Rue de Passy, and the Eiffel Tower is no more than a 5-10 minute walk through a lovely park. Also, the Passy metro station is less than 5 minutes away. This means that the hotel is located perfectly for a day or twos sightseeing. It is worth coughing up the extra for a superior double - our room was peaceful, comfortable, very manouverable (I expected a much smaller room from other reviews). It was also well decorated with a small balcony and a bathtub as luxuries. The hotel was perfect for a days sightseeing, we spent a day and a half in Paris and spent no more than the night in the hotel room as there is so much to do in the city. I would recommend the hotel highly for a 1-3 night stay in Paris.
“Amazing location..”
Went to paris for under a week end of June. Have to admit that hotel location was perfect. Hotel is tucked away in a peaceful street off the main road- main rd which has plenty of including amazing bakeries to botiques and shops. Walking distance from plenty of metro stations and the Effel tower itself, i was so pleased! Now on arrival to the hotel they allocated us on one of the top floors & they didn't care 2mention that the air condition systems were not working so it was disgustingly hot in the hotel room & for the first 2days we didn't enjoy our stay at all, we just couldn't wait 2get out of the hotel becuz of the humidity. After complaining 2-3 times they finally moved us to the floor where air con was working & wow what a difference! Another down side was that during our 1st 2days, hotel staff..maybe the cleaners would just barge into our room without knocking, then thankfully after we complained twice it never happend again during the rest of our stay. Hotel staff were very attentive & nice, however i do feel they were slightly under-staffed. Its generaly a small hotel but very cosy & ideal for a quick break, very good standard. I would definately recommend it..just makesure the AC is working lol.
“more than expected”
the hotel was far more than expected. the staff was friendly and helpful. rooms were comfortable and clean. bathroom appeared to be new. charming, small hotel.
