Good morning, We are a bit disapointed by your comment towards the Hotel when we are not responsible for what you agreed with the agency you have booked and paid to. Indeed you contacted us (the Hotel) once, in May 2020, saying that you would not be able to come in August and we suggested you to contact your travel agency (and/or travel insurance) regarding this matter. Indeed if you were not able to travel due to law restrictions (banned travel etc.) special measures should have applied to your reservation. But we could not agreed for a refund of money we were not holding, so we believe your comment is not fair or not directed to the right person. Furthermore we remind you that at the time of booking you had several options for your booking ; you choose to confirm a nonflexible nonrefundable deal, we understand covid was not predictable but this is the risk you were willing to take by choosing the special deal you agreed with. And since we understand it is a « Force majeur situation » even if bookings were nonflexible we have been pretty flexible with our partners to find the best suitable solution for all parties (as to re-schedule trips etc.). Unless a mistake from our hand we did not received any further request from you and/or your agency since your first contact in May 2020 and your comment above. Finally, and on the behalf of the all team we would like to thank you for your work as a nurse ! The situation has been hard for everyone but we understand it must have been especially hard for frontline workers and we are really grateful for what you and your colleagues have been doing and are still doing.
