The Bastille Accor Aparthotel was great: clean, comfortable, convenient, friendly. My only suggestion would be to be very careful in the shower, which has a slippery floor (especially when soapy). Perhaps the management could be encouraged to supply rubber mats?

The workers were kind and friendly. The room was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of places to eat, shop and wander. All in all a good visit. I will happily stay there again.

A really great location near Bastille in a quiet side street. Bus links to Gare de Lyon/Montparnasse and on to Orly Airport. Plenty room. Kitchenette in alcove by door quite well equipped and shops five minutes' walk away. Only thing I missed was a room safe. TV only with French channels. You can get a nicer, cheaper breakfast in one of the many bars and cafes round Bastille. Very good value

It is located in a quiet street but is closed to local shopping area. The general manager Patty is very friend and helpful. The quality of the room and facilities is reasonable for the price. One thing can be better is the choice of food for the breakfast. No fresh fruits or any meat products. This can be a challenge for people from North America

It definitely grew on me
I was really underwhelmed when I saw our room. It looked very tired and badly in need of refurbishment and was on the small side. However it grew on me during our 4 day stay. The bed and pillows were lovely, the shower was big and efficient, the whole place was clean, quiet and handy for the metro. As long as you're not expecting any wow factor then I would recommend this hotel.

Studio Style, Central Location, Great Rate
I went with my boyfriend to Paris for the holidays and we wanted somewhere that was convenient, a good rate, and had a kitchenette. We enjoyed our stay for what you get for the great price! Although this is not a high end hotel, it is a studio style that gives you the feel of apartment living in the city. The neighborhood felt safe and puts you among more locals which was fun. The location is very central and had great walking distance to the metro (which was very easy to navigate, but I highly recommend the app), amazing bakeries, and delicious restaurants. The staff was very friendly and spoke English, which made things very convenient for us considering we're from California. Throughout our stay there we heard the staff speak around 4 languages! The room was clean, but the shower tile grout was a bit stained and the shower drain clogged up. However, upon being reported they fixed the drain for us immediately. Something that was a bit off in the room was the bed and setup. The mattress was a bit hard and it didn't fit between the nightstands, causing a gap to the headboard that liked to eat pillows. Just on a side note, if you would like breakfast served at the hotel in the morning be sure to notify the staff the afternoon before so they can order it for you. We decided to take advantage of the market and bakeries for our breakfasts. Overall, we were happy with our stay considering the great deal we got staying there for 8 nights and what was expected with that great deal!

The room was very small, there was no maid service regardless of the length of stay, Wifi was free but complex to connect (we never got connected), bathroom smelled and the bathroom tile needed a good scrubbing.

I loved the location - just at the back of the Opera Bastille. To get downtown I walked through Le Marais or along the Enbankment. It takes about 45 min to get to Opera Garnier. There is a good supermarket 4 minutes off the hotel. The street is quiet at night. The room is functional.

OK for a short stay
The hotel stands in a side street so is relatively quiet but there are delivery trucks going up and down from time to time during the night so with no a/c and the window open (if one's room is on that side) it can be noisy. The welcome I got on arrival in mid afternoon was a little sharp - the front door just had a sign on it saying "Tirez" i.e. "Pull", so I did - no luck. I tried several times. Eventually the receptionist came to the door and said I should have rung the bell not pull on the door. No apologies or "Welcome" from her! I even said to her "shall we start again?". After that things were fine. My room smelt of burning rubber but after a couple of hours with the windows open, this went. Position is convenient for the Bastille, Marais area and there are some good restaurants in the area. OK for a short stay.

Great Paris room, dislike outside noises
Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Bastille has a lot going for it. I love the 11e location and the neighborhood is convenient and safe, but the noises just outside every morning of garbage trucks and jackhammers would be a problem on a hot summer morning. With the windows closed, the noise wasn't heard, but to get the fresh Paris morning air from your room was not possible. Some of the staff was outstanding, especially the manager who helped us to book our van ride back to CDG. Others were ok, just not very friendly, but all spoke English as well as French. The room was very large by Paris standards, and I loved the handy kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower and bathroom were also much larger than expected. We did not try the breakfast, because of the many cafes and patisseries within easy walking distance. Saint Antoine parish church nearby made Sunday extra special. They even offer mass in Portuguese, French and Spanish.

A bit like a youth hostel
Despite the limited facilities and bed that was like a concrete block, the hotel was OK. it was clean and had plentiful hot water in the shower and was quiet (despite us being close to the lift). The staff were lovely - so helpful by giving us directions, a guidebook and a map of the Metro system. The location is good as it is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station and the number 1 line which goes right through the centre of Paris. On balance, I would stay here again and would recommend it to people who want a quiet base close to the centre of everything :-).

Basic apartment hotel in decent part of town.
This is a pleasant enough apartment hotel, handy for the Bastille, the Marais and the Bercy for sporting or music events. Basic furnishing but clean and not bad size rooms. My travelling companions thought their bed was too hard, but it suited me!! Couple of decent restaurants and bars close by.

Really good convenient location - and, although I did not really make use of the facilities, this is a apartment/hotel and you can cook your own meals etc, wash up, and generally base yourself in the centre of the most wonderful city in the world. Nearest metro about 3 minutes walk. The Viaduc des Arts walk crosses the street, the Bastille and the canals and the Seine are all within easy walking distance. Butchers, bakers, fruit shop, cafés all just down the street.

Great place to stay in Paris
We loved this hotel. The only problem was the door was difficult to close due to warping, but we reported it and the hotel were fixing it when we left. Our room was lovely and very comfortable, well placed for walking into the centre of Paris, with enough of a local 'feel' to the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here next time I visit Paris.

This was excellent value.To have kitchenette saves a lot of money although it is a tight fit. There were enough food shops close by for supplies. The room got pretty hot but did cool down at night. Also good is that it is only a 5 minute walk to Place Bastille metro Line One which is very convenient to get to the Louvre and many other attractions. It is also a single bus ride (number 91) to and from Gare Montparnasse. If you aren't staying right in Paris this is a great compromise in a quiet location, especially if you are staying for a few days or more.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife on our honeymoon. The staff were very pleasant and helpful pointing out nearby supermarkets, etc. However, this was the only positive. On the other side, the walls were thin (we were constantly woken by other residents/maids walking above us early in the morning), the bed was approximately as hard as a rock, zero amenities were replaced daily (no tea, coffee, cookies, etc.), the shower door squeaked horribly loudly, the air conditioner didn't work... and worst of all, we had no daily cleaning service, not even to take out the trash. We were told that "at the length of our stay," they didn't provide that service, which was confusing -- how is 4 nights especially long or especially short, and why would they think that we deserve a dirty room for 4 days? By the last day, the sheets needed to be washed and the floor needed to be vacuumed badly. Would not return.

Overall good stay. Pros: Elevator, kitchenette, small table and chairs in room, bilingual front desk staff, decent sized bathroom. Kitchenette included microwave, mini-fridge, two hot plates, sink, some dishes. Cons: No wifi, could have been a little closer to a subway station but still not bad. The 5 to 10 minute walk seems long when carrying luggage. The room is small, but still felt like there was enough room to move around without bumping into things. It was the best priced hotel available for a last minute stay in summer at a hotel that was a few stops away from major attractions and had decent reviews. Closest metro stops are Bastille (lines 1, 5, and 8) and Ledru Rollin (line 8). Grocery store right at Ledru Rollin exit. Line 1 of the metro at the Bastille goes straight to the Louvre and also the Champs-Élysées. There was a portable fan in the room. Also, there was a heater on the wall. I had read in other reviews that they don't change the sheets daily or replenish the shampoo, so I was prepared for that and did not find it to be a problem. It's more like renting a studio apartment than staying in a hotel. I would stay there again unless I found something else closer to a metro stop for a better price.

Fantastic budget hotel
Excellent staff and large room by Paris standards. Spacious bathroom and very quiet. Just a 5 minute easy walk to Bastille where there are several restaurants and Metro stop. Three mile long Promenade Plantee is one block away. A 15 minute walk to Seine and Left Bank. I would definitely stay here again!

Very helpful staff, helpful and the location is very central to the Bastille, which was my objective. My only negative was the bed was very thin and not comfortable. I will definitely return and recommend it for the price, location and friendliness. For the unseasoned traveller, it does not have a/c in the rooms but does have heat for winter so if you are heat adverse, be advised.

割り切ってアパートホテル
まずいい点としてリヨン駅から徒歩圏で良心的な料金、特別広いわけではないものの、料金を考えると十分な広さ。何よりキッチンが付いているので、自分で料理したりできるところ、ならびにこの料金クラスのホテルには普通ない冷蔵庫があるところ、でしょうか。スタッフも一部を除き概ねフレンドリーで感じがいいです。良くなかった点は、テレビのリモコンの電池が切れていて使えなかった（すぐ交換してもらいました）こと、洗面台の排水栓がうまく動かず流れなかったこと（翌日修理してもらいました）、キッチンシンクの排水管から水漏れした（これも修理してもらいました）ことでしょうか。設備の確認をもう少ししっかりしてもらえれば、とてもいいホテルだと思います。アパートホテルなので部屋の掃除は1週間に1度だし、タオルの交換も週に2度程度なのは割り切って使えば問題ありません。
