Zening Resorts, Cyprus is a Luxury Spa & Beach Holiday resort with a unique wellness offering of yoga, meditation and natural therapies.

Zening is an upscale body, mind and soul retreat with a eco-friendly program and spiritual atmosphere. Accomodation is provided in 135 newly renovated studios, suites and maisonettes, in 17 clusters spread on a lush 60 acre sea side resort. Residential areas are quiet & private zones with no mobiles, digital cameras or TVs, for device detox.

Zening provides day-long yoga and meditation workshops, music, dance, art and culture programs. We are proud of our organic farm and herbal gardens that supply fresh-farm foods. We aim to serve each guest individually with care and attention.

Two pool side bars provide fresh juices, smoothies and detox diet all day. Restaurants serve vegetarian and sea food delights of the Mediterranean. No red meat or hard liquor are served - guests enjoy a wide selection of wines with evening meals.
