“A Good Choice”
I´d definitely recommend the Mediterranean Beach Hotel but here are a few pointers: Make sure you go for a ´Sea View´room, otherwise you´ll be facing a fairly busy and noisy room. Be warned that several of the ´family rooms´overlook the evening´s entertainment. So expect loud karaoke / folk music until 11pm. We complained after our kids couldn´t get to sleep on the first night and were moved to a much quieter (and probably more expensive) wing of the hotel. If you don´t feel like you can handle the ´buffet scrum´twice a day, there are many excellent places to eat within a short walk. Good points: Clean rooms. Nice swimming pools. A pleasant playground for children and the ´kids club´looked friendly. Lovely beach area, perfect for young children and proper swimming in the sea.
“Perfect for relaxing after a busy day of touring.”
This hotel was amazing with a fantastic swimming pool area, bar and its own private beach. The staff was always helpful and friendly. My only concern was that the bar fridge in the rooms was locked and we were unable to keep drinks etc in the fridge. They had a sign saying that this was for hygiene reasons but I did not have that problem in other hotels while traveling though Europe. Apart from that inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel.
“Not at all impressed”
The rooms are really small and the service at the breakfast cafeteria is loud and rough.
“a very good hotel in cyprus”
every thing was good the staff was very friendly we felt very comfort what i didnt like was that th internet was 15 eur per day tv has few channels on them
“Lovely facility, but their middle name is not 'service'.”
Just did it above
“Impressed by hotel and price”
We were extremely pleased with our stay. The complimentary breakfast was served with the option of outdoor dining in a lovely setting. The buffet was quite a nice variety with a large selection of choices. The hotel is on the beach, including their own private beach or easy access to strolls or jogs along the beach. We did eat one evening meal in a hotel restaurant and found the pork dry and chewy. The price was great!
“Good location, few derelict buildings! overall ok.”
We have visited this Hotel before and it is nice for one week!
“Simple and sunny”
Don't expect class and culture, but perfect for a simple, relaxing sunshine break. Pool and beach areas were very nice - with both indoor and outdoor pools for those struggling with the outdoor water temperatures... Hotel clean, friendly and comfortable. Most guests in the hotel were staying half/full board and so the buffet was always busy while the hotel's other restaurants were unnaturally quiet. Ristorante Bacco is excellent and we failed to understand why more guests didn't eat there regardless... Overall, the food was pretty good. Location is kind of the middle of nowhere - but perfect for relaxing in the hotel. We found a great little bar/restaurant overlooking the sea just up the way from the hotel - facing the beach, turn right. Consider an upgrade to a beach-facing room - the road is noisy plus the local bar did try an occasional karaoke evening
“do not go if you have any disability to walk”
Before I went on this holiday I had broken my foot. But the hotel was suppose to be disability friendly, so I hoped not too much of a problem. They put us in a room that you had to walk up 04 steps then along a corridor then a lift to the room. The lift was not working so I then had to climb 02 flight of stairs on crutches. They finally moved us two days in to our holiday, they said this room was a disabled room, there was nothing different except it had a handle on the bath. There was lots of steps to get to the pool could not use the pool toilets as you had to climb down a flight of stairs. Not possible for me to get to the beach as too many steps. Limmasol is not a place to visit if you are disabled, most bars toilets are all upstaris. The hotel service sometimes was poor they seemed to be more interested in the function they had going on. This hotel is suppose to be 4 *star they need to update their rooms as the most you would give is a 3 *star. If you are disabled please do not use this hotel as it is not wheelchair friendly.
“great holiday”
The hotel has been recently refurbished to a very good standard. The staff were really friendly and the facilities excellent. We would certainly go back
