“Great 5* hotel in Cyprus at reasonable cost”
This hotel lived up to our expectations in every way. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room with spa bath, fantastic pool and own private beach. Great for that special occasion or treat.
“Best holiday ever”
With out doubt one of the "Best hotels I and my family have ever stayed", It was difficult to find anything to complain about, the staff are friendly the service is faultless, everything was perfect. Do try the Greek and Italian gourmet restaurants. We have already booked for next year but for twice as long.
“"Can't wait to go back"”
I was really impressed by hotel service. We have stayed there with our small child. Room service & restaurants prepared for him any kind of meal that we asked. The hotel is very clean, nice & comfortable. All the restaurants of the hotel are definitely of high level. The sea is warm & clean & comfortable for children.
“Expensive wifi”
Generally a good hotel, but charging €5 per hour for wifi is ridiculous.
“Cannot fault hotel in all aspects with exceptional service across the board...”
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, good pool area and lovely sunbeds. Buffet breakfast good and all the staff, without exception, were exceptional in their service and attitude to detail. Only downside was without the sun to sunbathe, the area is almost completely void of anything other than a couple of mediocre restaurants, a tacky 'football' pub called Jonny's bar (which we didn't visit) and a couple of convenience food shops. The taxi to the centre for dinner cost 9euros each way, and 15euros to My Mall (very nice shopping mall - recommended). We flew into Paphos airport (quoted 100euros each way by hotel, but arranged on line beforehand and paid about 74euros for both journeys - so don't get ripped off). Prices of hotel restaurants expensive (about 100euros per couple for dinner) and a coke costs 3.75 euros (only 85cents @ supermarket across the road!). I would definately recommend this hotel for those of you, like me, who ONLY likes to sunbathe round a nice pool all day, because there sure is nothing else to do!
“best hotel in limassol”

“The hotel staff are always attentive and friendly and aim to please”

“Excellent Hotel, Excellent Service”
We cannot fault the hotel, just the people outside of it! We were kept awake late at night by racing motorbikes on the main road. However, the hotel was superb and staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent (we had room service a couple of times as well as breakfast) and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone (although would probably suggest a sea view as you may get less noise on that side). One day it was so hot that the pool side waiter took to spraying guests individually with rose water to keep them cool then handing out free ice creams and iced face towels - lovely!
“They need to raise the standard a bit at Four Seasons Cyprus”
The hotel is wonderful, but I had a very bad experience in my room. Despite the fact that I requested a very quiet room, my room was next to a service utility room and they never stopped from slamming the door 24/7, plus I was blessed with very aggressive neighbors staying at the room adjacent to mine. Also, one issue that might not be important to others but to me I was shocked, usually when you ask for a bucket of ice in your room to use with you drinks, you expect room service to send a waiter with that bucket. At Four Seasons they send the cleaning lady from house keeping carrying a big spoon full of ice (exposed) assuming that you have an empty bucket in your room, this happened 2 times!!!
“Wonderful hotel, shame about the area.”
Really lovely hotel - with caring staff (in spite of the large size). This is probably not possible in high season though. Quality kids club, massages, etc. Food in higher end restaurants very good. Lower end restaurants ok, but basic and pricey. Shame the surrounding area is grim, and quite noisy. Also, the beach is sticky black sand, just in case you're expecting golden. Beach heavily cigarette butted.
