summer holiday

Posted 28-Jul-2015
Pros: The relaxed feel to the hotel. Their attention to detail and high standards.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind.
Location: The selection of restaurants would recommend the Italian and Greek.
Lovely hotel, very comfortable. Always able to get a sunbed no early morning rush to put towels on them. We were only b&b which we couldn't fault, so much choice. Lots of restaurants nearby which were very good or a bus stop right outside the hotel to go in to town or you could walk about 30 minutes along the sea which was lovely. The hotel had a singer every night in the bar and they were always of a very good standard. Overall we had a brilliant time the staff were always helpful and friendly, we would recommend this hotel.

Two memorable weeks in the sun

Posted 07-Jul-2015
Pros: The staff - wonderful!
Cons: The wifi.
Location: Pafos is full of archaeology, an old port (now full of cafes and souvenir shops), loads of water sports and a water park nearby.
A really memorable break - we went for the all-inclusive (Premium) option which meant that we did not have to worry about food, drink, ice-creams ... The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you - only the IT lets them down. The wifi is not that reliable (but perhaps I was supposed to get away from it all?) and the links between the systems for the premium card processing went a little flaky when extending for the second week. I did not think about work during the two weeks, and had a remarkably restoring and refreshing time. It was clear that the place is family-friendly with many three-generation groupings enjoying the various hotel pools. And a wedding (or two) pretty much every day. The beach is sandy but wading out you find you quickly come across rocks. They have a pontoon to go out deeper but not for the novice swimmer as the currents can be quite difficult. The port is worth a visit and there are many things going on around the hotel (water parks, deep sea fishing, motor boating, We will be going again - hopefully next year - and planning on taking children and grandchildren with us too.

Perfectly situated

Posted 18-May-2015
Location: Very easy to get around and walking distance from the main centre, harbour and archaelogical site.
I have been to this hotel several times and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. On my latest visit the weather was perfect and as usual the staff were extremely helpful.

Happy honeymoon

Posted 03-May-2015
Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel had great facilities.
Cons: Heating the private pools!
Location: The hotel is very close to central Pafos. We visited the mosaics during our week and they were magnificent.
We stayed in a junior suite with a private pool for a week and had a great time.

Charging for wifi

Posted 03-May-2015
A very good hotel but it was a shame that all the good points and there are many were overshadowed by being charged for wifi. Many hotels now provide free wifi and give excellent connection and speeds. To make a charge and not be able to deliver a satisfactory wifi connection is wrong. Worse when you are dismissed at reception with " it's there hotel policy just added to the disappointment. I wifi not important to you then this is a very good hotel to stay. I you want good wifi think again

Great place for a spring break

Excellent hotel and an excellent rate. Even the porage was very good. I did mark down some aspects of the service with one or two gruff waiters at breakfast but apart from that service was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel close to good restaurants

Posted 14-Apr-2015
Hotel is well located. About 20 minute walk to port but numerous good quality restaurants within 5 minute walk. We stayed in Early April so didn't use pool much although plenty of seating and large pool area. Also had heated indoor pool. Breakfast buffet was good selection of hot and cold foods. Staff were generally very friendly. Only major downside was the heat in the room. Air conditioning is not switched on until May. Probably worth considering extra for sea view to avoid having to sleep with door open on roadside which we experienced having booked a standard room. Started to get quite crowded as neared Easter but a good quality hotel overall.

Great place to stay. We are young travellers and the hotel caters for the older crowd and families. Still we had a great stay and would recommend
