“Very impressive”
I would recommend this complex highly. The apartment was well stocked with high quality equipment. Something for everybody in the complex, with extremely friendly service. A bit out of town but the bus service is very good and cheap. We were encouraged to hire a car but, overall, the buses served us well. Breakfast was included and was good overall, the buffet in the evening was OK, although we ate out most nights. I can recommend Zaffron, the restaurant directly opposite the hotel. Only one small niggle - the apartment had a large balcony, and we had a nice view over the pool towards the sea. It was a little noisy but you can live with this, especially with the windows shut and air-con switched on. However, the siting of a pool table, table-tennis table and air hockey machine under the restaurant was a nuisance, especially the latter, chinking noises get on your nerves after a while. This facility should be moved indoors. That apart, we were highly impressed and would go back next week if we could. One positive example of customer service was the complimentary transfer to the airport, the reception desk rang us to book this the day before. Staff were always available and were very helpful with information at all times of the day and night.
“Beautiful Hotel”
Lovely hotel & everyone very helpful. Well positioned just outside Paphos with wonderful sea views & nice walks along the coastline.
“Ecxellent hotel”
I stayed from 12 Oct to 19 Oct. It was very satisfied staying Capital Coast Hotel. Good location and good breakfast. free trasfortation service from Pafos airport.
“Capital Coast, Excellent Quality”
I've stayed in this resort three times and unlike others I have stayed in this one gets better and better. Our one room apartment was spacious and airey. The kitchen was fully fitted with quality equipment including a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge and bedroom had wall mounted, flat screen TVs and there were two bathrooms providing both bath and shower facilities. The staff were all friendly and attentive; no mean feat when you consider they are dealing with a range of nationalities. The breakfast is impressive offering a comprehensive range of hot and cold dishes. I did not eat in the restaurant in the evening and so cannot comment on the quality or choice. I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend this resort and I will definitely be staying there again.
“Nothing special, but nice enough”
We just used this as a base to go out on day trips around the island, so didn't really try out the hotel services. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but was free with the deal we got.
“Would stay there again”
Good hotel, we had a suite which gave the two of us plenty of room to spread out. The suite had everything needed and was very clean, tidy and comfortable. We had partial views of the sea as we were located on the side of the hotel. Would stay here again, the location means either a bus trip (cheap) or 5 min drive into town to get the restaurants. The restaurants in the locality weren't great. The hotel food breakfast was fine with a nice range on offer, the evening food in the hotel needs some work ! Generally though a good place to stay as long as you are not at the back of the hotel overlooking the car park !
“very good hotel, certain choice if in paphos again”
V prompt no nonsense transfers to & from pafos airport. Service & staff within hotel to match. Room light & spacious. Fully-equipped kitchen. Lovely balconies. Breakfast-much variety & lots. Pool area just right. Beach nearby. Mini gazebos by sea rather romantic. Only few tiny criticisms & possible one-offs;bed clothes need daily change, a few spots of wall need paint retouches, jacuzzi temp too low. I'd definitely come again.
“Capital Coast”
This is the second time we have visited Capital Coast. On arrival we were upgraded from a penthouse to the presidential suite which was amazing. The suite was equipt with everything you could possibly need and the view was beautiful. Our room was always spotless and the hotel was very clean. The pool area was very nice and there were always sunbeds availible. I found the staff to be very polite and sociable apart from one staff member who worked at the pool bar on an evening who was very rude. The pool bar had a nice selection of food and drinks for a reasonable price. The location of the hotel is very good also, it was about a 10 minute taxi drive to the harbour (if that) and was a short walk to some very nice restaurants.
“Can't really fault it for the price”
Pros: Exceptionally clean - was always a cleaner around Pick up and drop off at airport with the superb Hungarian guy (sorry forgot his name) Not too far from the harbour area (where the wedding was we attended) Cons: Hotel is a bit soulless - bland interior/exterior. It looks and feels a little like a private hospital. Not really a problem for us we were only staying a few nights. Breakfast is pretty grim. Could use a little more fresh fruit. The fry-up option looked foul. Staff were mostly pleasant but were usually unhelpful (apart from the Hungarian guy!- who was always happy to help) Surrounding area a little shabby but so is most of Paphos to be honest.
“Comfortable, classy home from home”
Capital Coast Resort and Spa definitely deserves a four or five star rating. We enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing fortnight in a very comfortable inland view apartment. A pool view would have been nicer but may be noisier during the day. The whole resort is modern, spacious and spotless. Our apartment was like a home from home with all mod cons in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Only downside is the buffet breakfast which although is plentiful and tasty involves a lot of walking back and fore to get your food and tea/coffee etc. but goes some way to working off the fry ups. There is a lovely coastal path from the resort to Paphos harbour and a cheap efficient bus service for your return. Paphos harbour is nice enough but I didn't rate the rest of the place, alot of neglect and boarded up premises although it was early in the season (Easter) for our visit so things may well improve as it gets closer to the high season. Try Zaffran restaurant at the top of the drive out of the resort for delicious food and excellent service.
