“Wonderful place to relax and unwind”
We stayed here for just a week of relaxation. The service was outstanding; staff were polite and friendly yet still provided the personal touch. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet break in the sun.
“Could Do Better”
A good hotel that needs updating as it is inferior to other 5 star hotels.
“Faded Glory - stupidly expensive”
The Annabelle is a 20 year old hotel that needs updating. Whilst the staff were very helpful throughout our stay, the structure and facilities of the hotel itself were sadly lacking. Bed linen was tired and stained. The aircon in the rooms was not operational for cool air, because the hotel was switched to heat mode. Thus the window needed to be wide open at night. The street noises every night up to 3am carried loudly in the cheapest rooms facing away from the sea front and no offer to change rooms was made despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty. Above all the price of meals was excruciatingly expensive and a very poor choice of menu was available. A typical dinner for two was in excess of £100, for a menu providing a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and 3 desserts. I would not return or advise anyone to stay there; there are much better choices in Paphos just along the coast.
