I really don’t have anything bad to say about our stay the only issue was the toilet was really low and my husband has hip and knee problems it was very hard for him to use and the bed was super hard for me and I travel with an egg crate to put on top of the mattress it didn’t help and for future reference let the guest know that housekeeping doesn’t clean your room every day

Small rooms, parking tight, but the rooms were comfortable, location was good close to shopping and restaurants. Also the little kitchenette in room was handy.

Fantastic Hotel
We stayed at this hotel on a business trip and let me just say it was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. We only had one issue which was with the key cards havinga hard time sometimes opening the room door. Everything else was fantastic and we definitely intend on returning.

We loved the room. So nice to have a little studio with a couch and kitchen. The front desk staff were really nice and we liked having a free breakfast. Just skip the coffee. The location is right in town by lots of shopping and restaurants. You could walk to Target and Books a Million!

Clean and air conditioner was cool.
The front desk gal was super nice. The room was nice and the air conditioner worked so well. We will stay again and let others know this is a great place to stay!

first elevator didn't work for two days. our room was on the 3rd floor. We stay for 6 days. I haven't been service room until 3 day. they didn't change the rblankets just cleaned but. or change blankets. breakfast okay

Don’t stay here
During my 3 night 4 the day stay. Housekeeper was never done although I was told that they do housekeeping every two days. breakfast was horrible for the amount of money paid. Everything was prepackaged. The pool was not cleaned at all during my stay. Garbage cans we’re running over. Jay at the 1st desk was rude as hell….with his sweet self.

Let me start by saying overall, everything was good. Place was very neat and clean.Perfectly designed clean, cozy rooms. Staffs were very professional and helpful. Very convenient target and many other shopping centers just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone traveling with family or friends.

Joel-Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us at the TownePlace Suites Panama City. I am sorry that some of the information that you were given led to a misunderstanding. Some of our rooms, our two-bedroom suites, do have 2 separate bedrooms, with a TV in each bedroom, but we only have a small number of those suites at this property. Most of our rooms are studio king rooms, which as you mentioned are a king bed and sleeper sofa. I apologize for the confusion. Please let us know if you are in the area again and if you'd like to check the availability of our two bedroom suites!

Great Stay.
It was an overall great stay. The room could have been cleaned better. It needed to be vacuumed and wiped down.Clumps of hair was all over the room but other than that it was great. Not too much to complain about so I will definitely be going back.

We had 3 people in our room as indicated on the reservation. We didn’t have sheets, pillows or towels for the third person. The room was dirty before the 3 day refresh. The refresh agin did not include towels for the third person. The pool was not able to use because it was so dirty for 2 1/2 days of our stay which was a bummer. We liked to swim in the evenings.

Room was perfect for my daughter and I. Front desk was always friendly and esp the late night woman, she was super friendly and very helpful with great suggestions. Pool closes too early and was suppose to have room cleaned every 3 days but never showed up had to ask daily for towels, toilet paper and trash bags.

The property itself was nice. We had an issue with a very loud neighbor but after a talk with management it was handled. The trash was always overfull by the elevator and the room across from us had a bag of trash sitting outside the door for like 4 days. Panama city itself was very poor. It always smelled terrible and was very trashy. Not a city we will ever visit again.

The bathroom wasn't clean. There was hair in the shower. The base boards and walls were flithy in the bathroom. Hair was left in the drawers. The kitchen cabinets had dirty dishes in them. The pool was broken and out of order.

Had a good kitchen you could use. The pool was out of order and we were not told until arrival, with non refundable rooms. Pets allowed and one dog barked and barked and barked.

Room was dirty, it was wiped down but doesn't appear to have been a clean cloth, had to go through everything myself and smells of past pets, used deodorant spray to minimize smell every day and the noise above a was miserable along with the side door that SLAMS shut every time someone comes in our out. Disappointed for the cost and I was stuck for ten days.

Well when I got there I found out that they did not have any rooms available but I was charged. Luckily the lady of thought was a great help was able to find a run that was available and the room that we stay down was over $100 cheaper than what I paid for through hotels.com so I basically paid almost $400 for a room call but $260

I was upset my room wasn’t ready when I got there, I arrived a few minutes late so I my should have been ready. My daughter and I also upset the pool didn’t work. Had to drive to the beach at night because my daughter really wanted to go swimming. And the Room had roaches. For $400 I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel.
