The staff was not helpful We had to repeatedly as for towels they were out all the time. The elevator was on and off working. Our air unit only blew air out of half the unit. Air unit leaked water out on balcony that puddled. Pool was cloudy & dirty. Pavers around pool were a trip hazard. The smell of marijuana was constant. Beds were broken and we changed rooms& beds still very uncomfortable. Music was played loud at 7:30 am and after 10 pm most nights. No security. Anyone could park and come to pool and no one checked. The concrete wood is old and I question the structure of the other bldg we were moved from. Only good thing is there were no bugs we saw. Garbage was stacked for a long time by hallway trash bins. I would not recommend or stay here again!

I thought our stay was great. The walk to the beach was super easy. The property was a little dated but very nice. The only complaint I had was the sheets didn't stay on my bed. But we had a great time.

2nd time staying and both times was nice and quiet. Clean rooms. I only recommend a vent for air to flow to the other part of the room. Other than that I give it a 5 out of 5

The property is located in a nice area surrounded by houses. It has great amenities. The rooms definitely need updating and the mattresses are terrible. Great price for what it is.

Great pool and beach access! Love the location! Very spacious rooms! Only negative is lack of parking but they are limited space wise. Will definetly visit again!

Our shower floor had lots of, what look like, mold. It also had cracked shower floor that had tape on it, but felt like you were falling through. We did leave early due to weather.

Awesome room
I booked the suite(emerald) and it was awesome. With bunk beds, a bedroom with 2 queen beds ,full kitchen ,dining area and sofas. It was clean and we love the space. Love the beach view. Pool was heated. Downside is no restaurant in house, We have to wait past 4pm to checked in because room was not ready. Only 1 kitchen towel provided, no sponge to wash dishes,no broom and dusk pan in room. But overall , we are very satisfied with our stay and the room.

I loved the location! We laid in bed watching the waves after our morning stroll on the beach. The sunrise was stunning! Everything was relaxing. The kitchenette was stocked with pots, pans, some storage containers, etc. Pretty much everything you'd need except the groceries. The room itself was clean, comfortable beds, all updated. It was very roomy. The chairs on our patio were niceto sit in and watch the waves. For kids, they have a small area of turf with some toys. Even myself and my husband played some connect four. It wa broken but we emphasized. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs. Breakfast: They had coffee available, and blueberry muffins. If you usually eat breakfast then you'll be hungry. Although a few miles down the road is a place called David's Snow balls- It's a must! They serve New Orleans style food! We will recommend the place, and come back for sure. The price & location sold us! I would suggest always locking your slider door, an employee did come into our room. They stated it was the wrong room.
