Roaches and ants in rooms, visible cracks at the bottom of room door, and no cleaning service was provided during our stay. The only thing this place had going for it was the pool area and one of the employees was playing pool police and running everyone off by nitpicking everything they did. He made children that were sitting in the hot tub with their parents get out and told adults they couldn’t drink in the hot tub but could sit on the edge of it to drink, no one could understand what difference that makes being up one step. This facility was very overrated and needs to focus on more important matters like cleanliness and pest control.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn ocean front in Panam City beach. The room was comfortable and the view was breathtaking from the room. Our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and hot tub. It was nice having a dj playing music while we were swimming. The beach area in front of hotel was perfect for kiddos to enjoy the sand and play in the gulf. We are looking forward to coming back around the end of summer.

While I was doubtful about my stay and was initially worried since I was unaware of anything included as well as the locations of places of interest and other attractions the hotel had to offer. Jeff and Maria at the front desk made it so much easier as they thoroughly yet comprehensively described everything we needed to know. Thanks to them I would definitely consider returning as they both made me feel welcome and understood my concerns.
