Only recently opened, this hotel is simply splendid - stylish, well equipped and staffed by the most friendly & professional staff I have ever come across (& I have stayed in some wonderful hotels around the world) Lovely roof top pool & bar, nice restaurant with terrace & quietest aircon I have experienced (& if that's not enough fast reliable wifi too !)

Perfect from start to finish. Descreet, private and quiet but with enough atmosphere to make it interesting. Exceeded all our expectations. Staff were quietly enthusiastic, endevouring to answer queries and to fulfilled requests. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were quiet, ( ours was next to the lift and we didn't hear it once) and it was immaculate.
"Wonderful Hotel and Staff in the center of town."
This is a converted convent with a modern style decor that charms and pleases aesthetically.
It is very centrally located. The restaurant on the ground floor is Michelin rated and in the morning it serves as the Hotel's breakfast room. The bar is located in the room that was once the convent's refectory and is at the same time both dazzling and relaxing--a tribute to the designer. On the roof there is an outdoor lounge, on the second floor another comfortable public space to relax in and one floor down, a spa. The rooms are spacious, crisp and clean.
Above all, even with all the attributes of this hotel that I've already described, is its Staff. Reception, breakfast, bar, all the Staff, each goes out of his/her way to please. When we needed a car rental, the car was delivered to us and parked in the hotel's garage. The contract was executed at the front desk--no travel on our part. Every day reception inquired as to how we spent our day and offered suggestions for the next day, directions and service. It was like coming home and being greeted by family. When we left before breakfast for an early fight home, they packed fruit and biscuits for us to carry and enjoy at the airport while waiting for the plane.
This is located on a side street with a non-imposing entrance. One might even pass it by, but it is a gem in the center of the city. I highly recommend it and I will happily stay there again.
I read the reviews before we left so can confirm that the rooms are quite small - not a lot of room to store suitcases and there's no room for a sitting chair for example but the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We stayed 4 nights and I think I might have expected they would change the sheets after 3 nights but that wasn't the case, not exactly a problem though. Beware of the noise though, our room was on the first floor facing the bar on the other side of the road and it was noisy in the evening but as long as you're warned you know what to expect - it was still quite lively at 3am on Saturday night. Its a great central location, takes about 10 mins to walk to the cathedral and the central shops. Staff were very helpful, go the brilliant Sky Bar and have a cocktail! Lindsey helped us out with restaurant recommendations and directions. Probably a great place to stay for the younger traveller who would still be up at 3am - we're depressingly a bit older than that now. Breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, and you take it in the Sky Bar so fabulous views.
"Stay here! Beautiful hotel 15 mins walk from Palma"
We stayed for 6 nights and were upgraded for our stay. Early check in was no problem. The breakfast terrace has a stunning ocean view and guests can use the terrace at any time. Good free wifi, high quality linens, toiletries, hair dryer etc. we had a spacious room that was surprisingly quiet. The staff are very capable with one exception, and the hotel is very well run. The walk into palma is either along the ocean walls or through the old town. Walking around palma after dark is very romantic.
