We stayed in a 5th floor room with a sea view which I would highly recommend. The views over the marina are breathtaking and it is well worth paying extra for this.
Rooms were immaculately clean and we had a daily cleaning service and fresh towels provided.
We had breakfast in the restaurant each day which we pre-booked. I would not tie myself to this again due to the fantastic restaurants in Palma. Breakfast was of a very high standard, however.
The hotel was in an ideal location and within walking distance of the city centre but far enough along the main road to be in a quieter area.
I will stay here again when I return to Palma. The only issue we has was with the air conditioning which was far from cool enough. It was particularly warm when we visited. I asked for the air conditioning to be checked and it improved marginally. Other guests told us that they had the same issue. This really needs to be addressed and is the only reason I have not given a 5 for room comfort.

Great stay, perfect holiday.
Loved the location in the old town- great for exploring.
The hotel was beautiful.
Breakfasts were delicious.
The bed was comfy and we slept well. Loved the massive shower.
The staff were helpful and thoughtful.
Good hotel on the beach. Perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. More suitable for adults than children. Choice of sunbathing terraces or access to beach. Alternatively upgrade room and have private terrace - perfect for in-room dining and private sunbathing.
I read the reviews before we left so can confirm that the rooms are quite small - not a lot of room to store suitcases and there's no room for a sitting chair for example but the rooms are very comfortable and clean. We stayed 4 nights and I think I might have expected they would change the sheets after 3 nights but that wasn't the case, not exactly a problem though. Beware of the noise though, our room was on the first floor facing the bar on the other side of the road and it was noisy in the evening but as long as you're warned you know what to expect - it was still quite lively at 3am on Saturday night. Its a great central location, takes about 10 mins to walk to the cathedral and the central shops. Staff were very helpful, go the brilliant Sky Bar and have a cocktail! Lindsey helped us out with restaurant recommendations and directions. Probably a great place to stay for the younger traveller who would still be up at 3am - we're depressingly a bit older than that now. Breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, and you take it in the Sky Bar so fabulous views.
This hotel was in one word idyllic. The staff was very welcoming on the first night and that continued throughout our stay. We went for my birthday and they were extremely accommodating to his special requests for me. Breakfast was well prepared with a wide variety of food to choose from.
We also did lunch by the pool and drinks which was also pleasant. I did not feel rushed at all to do anything including being able to wake up late to go for meals. The hotel does a turn down service at night also and on my birthday they'd left a complimentary bottle of Cava to enjoy.
We were able to enjoy the spa as we had treatments there. The staff and therapies were very nice. There is a wide variety to chose from also. When locals asked where we were staying we got a definite thumbs up and I am in full agreement.
