“Very charming hotel”

Great pools and great location. We went on 2 hikes in the hills right from the hotel. Wonderful!

“Going again to Viceroy”

After travelling around California for the previous coulpe of weeks, the Viceoy made for a fabulous change of pace. We had a studio room on the ground floor (just off the pool). The room itself was beautifully styled and presented, a great take on modern deco design! There were several pool areas at the Viceroy, the one just off our room as an adults ony pool, which made it a tranquil and nice place to sit and read or just have a splash around without a whole lot of noise. Trully relaxing!! The menu for the in-house restaurant Citron was fairly good, and the food was lovely. It was a great expereince to sit out side just off the pool to dine. what made it even more spectacular was when the fairy lights would come on around the pool just made it even more beautiful and romantic dining experience. We really loved our time in Palm Springs and would certainly go back if only to stay there again!

“Terrific Hotel in Palm Springs”

We travel to Palm Springs a couple of times each year and the Viceroy is our new favorite place to stay. It's conveniently located within walking distance to our favorite shops and restaurants in "downtown", rooms are spacious and well-appointed and there are three swimming pools (with one specifically for families). Also, the service is first class all the way.

“Charming and uncrowded boutique hotel.”

We were looking for an upscale small hotel without a lot of children. This hotel was perfect in that regard. The staff was excellent and the spa was top notch. 67 rooms with 3 pools. We never had a problem finding our perfect spot by the pool. This is a very charming hotel and we would return.

“Ritz”

The hotel was perfect! When you 1st pull up its easy to pass it by because its in a residential neighborhood surrounded by trees. The employee's went out of there way to be friendly (LOVE IT) Only thing is I got more of an adult vibe not sure about staying with children.

The Hotel Manager took very good care of us while we were at the hotel. The other hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate your every need. Truly an excellent and peaceful boutique resort.

viceroy hotel is the best hotel ever!! such a cute & stylish boutique hotel. very clean, warm and very kind hotelier. i will go back to the viceroy hotel coming summer.

We loved the Viceroy. The rooms and grounds were as impeccable at the superb staff. The pools (all 3) were especially nice as we could always find one that was quiet during out mid-week off-season stay.

“Super Hot and Cool”

Hotel was trendy and cool, but also good for our infant son. Our baby took a dip in the Family Pool (first pool experience) and even used the crib provided by hotel. Our room was spacious and comfy. The hotel toiletries were the best!
