I loved the cleanliness of the room. Loved that we had our garage. Great customer service. I didn’t like that there are no bathrooms in the pool area except the area by the lobby. We had to run to our rooms to use the restroom. Other than that, it was great. Recommend!!!

Enjoyed the stay as a family of 6, perfect place for a big family. The unit was spacious, clean and accommodating. The best experience was the bikes included for the family and multiple pools to enjoy.

The Oasis was great, expedia, not so much. Somehow it wasn't communicated I paid in full, they said I still owedseveral hundred dolars, only stayed one night! I was able to prove paid in full by showing my credit card receipt, and they finally let me check in, but it was a hassle.

There is no direct phone number to contact property directly. You have to call corporate for every reason, and corporate closes after hours and weekends so you are out of luck. Entering the gates with Uber is pain and you have to call lobby to open gate that takes hours. The room was ok and well equipped but communication was extremely poor.

The property was very quiet and residential. I was unable to use the TV and I not find the network for 165B. I saw everyone elses but not 165B...but I knew if I had a question for the front office, they would respond

What an amazing find! Excellently kept property. Privacy and friendly staff. A washer dryer in the apartment and 2&1/2 baths! Having access to a private garage and bikes felt like a luxury. Sitting at the pool now, enjoying the quiet. Clean like a luxury hotel room, but room to spread out. Hope I can book here again!

It was a great experience for kids and us. The facility is great and convenient. There's Starbucks and a supermarket within 10-15 mins walk. The staffs are ok depending who you get. Some of them are great. They offer activities like bingo and nintendo switch time. Wish there were more activities like soap making and bathbomb making though. Kids did that last year at other place and they loved it. Overall it was a great getaway. We'll come back.

We had such fun here! A very large 2 bedroom was a perfect size for our family of 5. Lots of pools which were super warm and large hot tubs made it comfortable to soak with other guests. We will definitely be back!

The property was first class with immaculate grounds. The only negative was the limitations on setting lower levels of air con....72 was little too high a limitation

Suitable and well located.
Nice facility, quiet location and close enough to downtown. I didn’t know it was a Murphy bed which isn’t super comfortable. Also would have been helpful to know that it was upstairs ahead of time. Would have preferred a ground level unit.

Very spacious unit with a home feeling. Pool is good but a bit outdated. The unit was great, clean and comfortable. Close to dining and entertainment. Very friendly staff.

The property is comprised of condo units, spacious, individual garages, all near swimming pools, hot tubs, and with access to tennis, biking, pickleball, etc. We enjoyed swimming with our grandchildren. There is no restaurant on site--restaurants and markets not too far by car. Kitchen well stocked with cooking tools but no food items except coffee and coffee maker. No shampoo or hair drier in room.

Property is very pretty and quiet. Nice walking areas. We got a studio which had a Murphy bed. Mattress lumpy and pillows have seen better days. This was the only unsatisfactory thing about stay. I would sacrifice space for a real bed. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

We love staying at the Oasis! Some cosmetic and other updates needed but do not impede the overall enjoyment of the property. Pools this time needed bit more cleaning, seemed like they were not filtering the water as much as at previous stays. We will stay again though as the location, customer service, beautiful views and landscaping can’t be beat.

After hours security was extremely negligent in their duties. Didn’t take a phone with them on rounds so guests could contact them…..AND…..left the back door to the lobby/main building unlocked while on their rounds.

Nice property, just wish better communication when checking in. I was never told that our room is in a decline floor. No even when setting up the registration in line and last thing very small bbq’s for big rooms, my friends that stay in a three bedroom had only a small bbq grill. Other than that I liked the places would stay there again
