Very disappointed. “Garden room” had view of cement wall. Anytime any one walked showered or the ice machine cycled on it was super loud. No toiletries. This place is doing the bare minimum to stay alive. Find a motel. Nice pool.

We stayed her since it looked great in the pictures online while attending The Coachella Music Festival. To our surprise, it was extremely disappointed! The hallway had a blood or red wine stain on the carpet. The water in our tub kept clogging. Therefore, I was stunk in someone bath water when rushing to get out to Coachella! The pool was way too warm for this time of year. Security gave a hard time about parking because when we check in, the girl at the front desk forgot our parking pass. Based off this stay, I different wouldn’t suggest staying here!

This hotel was amazing! From the moment that we arrived everything was great, staff was friendly, drinks were delish as well as the food! I read some nasty reviews but I must say out of all my stays in Palm Springs this hotel and experience was the best by far.

Room was infested with ants and mold was in the bathroom and shower. Our room wasn’t cleaned and it had to be requested to have them come in and clean it. The pool areas were nice but most of the lawn games were broken and just left out. There was never enough towels for the pool areas. Overall not a great experience.

I stayed here with my family April 2-5. The grounds and main lobby area are very nice and well taken care of. Besides that the building hallways in each building are not very well taken care of. The room... upon check in there were little bugs on the bathroom counter. I was able to get rid of them. I called the front desk and was told they would send someone. No one ever came. I called the desk again and was told housekeeping was gone for the day and they would spary the room the next morning. We were not offered a room switch or anything. Housekeeping cleaned the room the next morning and we never seen bugs again. On the second day we left for the pool around 1030 or 1100 in the morning and did not return until 4pm or so. Upon entry the room was never cleaned. Called the front desk and was told someone would come by. We left for dinner and returned around 10pm. The room was never cleaned. We made a complaint with the front desk. Pool area...the pool areas are great for families and couples alike. The main pool bar was open but the service is slow. It took a very long time to order. The smaller pool in the back of the resort also has a bar but it was not open on our second day and opened around 230pm on the third day. There flyer says the bar opens at 11am or so. Most people brought there own snacks and drinks to the pool with them. Staff does not come around and supply towles very often nor do they take out the trash all of the bins were full by the mid afternoon.

Right down the street from all the shopping in restaurants but not a close walk. They do offer bikes. The property and staff were great. Carpet needs to be replaced otherwise I would give them a 5 for cleanliness. That’s the only reason I would not give them a 5 overall. Cleanliness is top of our list next to staff and service.

I stayed Saturday night- Sunday morning and it was really nice. The only thing was the parking, but the staff does a nice job of helping out. I liked the pool and different areas to eat. The JWB Grill is ok and the cafe in the morning is nice. I would maybe stay here again.

We should have gone with the reviews we read when we were booking, they were spot on. The facility was not well-kept at all. Cleanliness in all areas; pool, hallways, rooms was much to be desired. Service was minimal and we felt they were way understaffed compared to the amount of people staying at the resort. Will not be planning a return trip to this resort.

The hotel has a lot of potential but had a lot of issues. Consistently no towels at the pool, served raw chicken for dinner at the restaurant (had to return food and only comped for that dish), the cleaning staff only ONCE knocked on our door to clean the room during our 5 night stay (we never had the do not disturb sign on), and the room had a slight odor of sewage when we first checked in. The bartending staff, front desk, and valet staff were all nice and helpful.

Overall it was Ok experience for a busy Spring Break week! Pool was overloaded, sometimes not enough towels. Only one pool bar opened for 2 pools - waiting time in line around 30 minutes. One thing that really bothered me was - loud stuff. While they were walking through the corridor’s or outside the rooms they didn’t consider people resting in the rooms at 8 am. I love Palm Springs otherwise!

Little things that were a bummer, but not a deal breaker. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Bathtub handles were loose and almost falling off. Room service didn’t come after they said they were on their way. Shower soap was already empty when we checked in. Property was very clean. The only thing I didn't like is that they canceled my boyfriend massage because they didn't have enough staff. 😒 The purpose of this trip was to relax and when one of us couldn't do the massage was a disappointment . But other than that the hotel was very good.

I really wanted to like this place because it has a fun style. There were quite a few problems with this place; the spa wouldn’t let my 17 year old in because she was under 18 and you had to have an appt even to use the pool so I couldn’t use that beautiful mineral pool shown in the pics on Expedia. When I complained they said that the hotel doesn’t own the spa They got our room service order wrong three times- we gave up. The person taking the order just couldn’t get it right. There were long lines to get a drink at the pool. The bellman was great. The room needed repairs especially in the bathroom. It’s just a bit run down overall and not the type of place I’d expect for the price. Sadly, we won’t be back.

I have stayed at this resort maybe 5 or 6 times before, This last time I was really disappointed with how the quality of the hotel have changed. It’s sad to me. I hope the can bring it up again

The check in process is ridiculous. Our room want ready until after 5, no pool towels all day, no sheets for pull out bed, a huge wad of hair in our shower

The pool was fun, the food was good and the rooms were nice. The staff was very polite and helpful but there wasn’t enough of them. The layout of the hotel was too spread out. My room was the furthest from the elevator and the elevator was not in the middle but on one side of the hotel. I definitely got my steps in. Overall we had a good time!

The property itself was great for me and my 11 year old daughter. She met friend's, and the pool was super fun and good energy. I did notice little ant type bugs that were on some of the furniture, but not the bed. Not sure what those were. Not enough towels at the pool everyday was disappointing A great stay tho. Everyone waa very nice. Easy commute to shopping and restaurants
