“Great Family escape”

Great place for the family. Decor bit dated but pool and water slide great respite from the heat. Rooms were big and the bar and pool side food very good and reasonable priced. If poss, time your stay during the week as much quieter but weekend was still fine. Great family place and would come again.

“Best bed ever”

Confortable accomodations, the most confortable bad ever and the kids has a ball playing in the water slide. The ony negative was their obsecion with the powels.

“Can't wait to go back.....”

This hotel was awesome. It has a great pool with slides and even provides the towels for the pool area. My family will definately go back. Plus they give a great discount to Knotts soak city too.

Down town had a lot of nice shopping and food choices.
Family-friendly activities
They showed a movie for the kids poolside. It was a nice way to relax and watch a movie.

“Fine Family Place”

This is a distinctly non-luxurious, non-pretentious place to stay in Palm Springs. The suites are roomy with a decent, clean kitchen. The sofa bed is terrible and they don't offer rollaways. The pool is nice with a waterslide. Food is OK, but difficult to get. Room service comes in plastic containers with plasticware. The staff is not impolite, but doesn't go too far out of their way for you. The indoor sports court is a lot of fun for the kids. The adult fitness room is terrible. In all, it is a good base for exploring the area and hanging out for a few hours per day, but not really someplace you'd want to remain at with the kids all day for a whole vacation.

“Pool was closed due to high winds”

The rooms and hotel ammenities were nice. The pool was closed for most of our stay due to high winds. The hotel staff was not willing to allow us a late check out or use of the pool on our last stay. Bummer as that is why we came for use of the pool. Also on check in the process was very unorganized and had to wait 20 minutes to hear our room was not ready.

“Great Palce”

Great place stayed there 2 times and would recommed it. Just know they do have a pool with a water slide so there is a lot of kids in the pool area.

“OK just OK”

It's a bit dated and poorly arranged, but it was only for a night and room was clean. Nice view.

“Would stay again”

You cannot beat a room for this price. Pool was nice. The slide was closed our entire 3 day. Fortunately my daughter was old enought to not care so much. Poolside food was very good and fast. Not close to shopping but had a car so not a problem. Close to Palm Canyon hiking which was definitely worth the trip.
