“Rude staff, not satisfactory at all”

The staff hardly speaks English and if you ask them at the front desk to do something for you, they immediately start speaking things about you in Italian. Even the cleaner lady was much kinder. The restaurant staff is also really, really rude with no English knowledge, the food is uneatable right there... they couldn't even change my €500. This is obviously not a four star hotel.

“How is it four stars?”

The bath towels are more like rags that I would use to clean the floor. They are not soft nor fluffy. The restaurant staff was rude also. I booked this hotel because it was four stars. I travel for a living with my work, this is NOT a four start hotel.

“easy, comfortable and central”

This hotel is well placed with only a five minute walk to the central plaza with access to night life, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Comfortable clean rooms and friendly service. Couldn't ask for more.

“It's was matching expectations”

Nice Hotel with an outstanding view if your room is facing the harbour. Great view as well from the restaurant located on the top floor, where you can enjoy the panoramic view wherever you are seated. Staff looks to be quite friendly. Only remark, my room was normally not made until late afternoon, even when the proper tag requesting the room service was posted on the door. Also, the two elevators are quite small. Did not try the restaurant for lunch/dinner, because so many attractive "options" were available very close to the hotel. Taxis were always available at the front door.

“Hotel President Palermo - ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo”

L'Albergo è un pò vecchiotto e si vede dalle stanze. M ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ( veramente a buon mercato) ed è in una posizione molto buona di fronte al porto e a due passi a piedi dal centro: Bellissima la vista al 7° piano sul molo di Palermo. Consigliabile per una o due notti per motivi di affari o lavoro.

“pessimo htel”

questo hotel va bene solo per chi arriva con i barconi. è un'offesa alla categaria hotel. PUZZA DA IMPAZZIRE, è vecchissimo e sporchissimo. Se mi ricapita un 4 stelle come questo non userò MAI PIU' Expedia. Mi ritengo offeso, e dovreste farlo anche Voi, perchè è stato da Voi consigliato.

“Das Hotel President Palermo liegt direkt am Fährhafen und in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt.”

Vor dem Hotel Fähr- und Frachthafen, hinter dem Hotel (unsere Doppel als Einzel-Zimmer gingen alle nach hinten hinaus!) Abrissgebiet! Optisch sehr unansehnlich. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, scheiterte allerdings immer wieder an der Sprachbarriere - fast nur italienisch. Ärgerlich war das hoteleigene W-Lan. Fast nicht zu gebrauchen, da die hauseigene Firewall sehr viele Seiten blockiert. Z.B. selbt T-Online war geblockt, so dass ich nicht auf die Seite und meine E-Mails zugreifen konnte. Da T-Online mein Provider ist, konnte ich auch nicht auf den Firmenserver etc. einloggen. Trotz mehrfacher Bitten war man nicht in der Lage die Blockade aufzuheben. Wir werden aus diesem Grund nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel für unsere Geschäftsreisen auswählen.

Castelmare del Golfo. Ein schönes, ursprüngliches, kleines Fischerdorf nur ca. 40 Autominuten von Palermo Centrum.

Struttura ed arredi alquanto datati,pulizia buona,bella terrazza panoramica e ricca colazione a buffet. Personale alla reception impeccabile ed assolutamente gentile ed efficiente. Complimenti! Camere Matrimoniali vista quartiere 'simil Baghdad' ma ottimi prezzi e posizione buona.
