“Would definitley stay again!”

Great hotel. Easy to reach by bus from the airport. Excellent location. You can walk or ride a bus to all attractions in Palermo. Open air bus(city sightseeing) is just outside the door. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a nice variety. Staff was very helpful.

“Awesome hotel”

Hotel Garibaldi is centrally-located and well-priced facility with a really nice staff. From the great breakfast and service to the nice set-up of the room, staying at this hotel was a real treat. If and whenever I ever again visit Palermo, there is no question that I'll stay at Hotel Garibaldi! In the meantime, I highly recommend it!

“Great Location”

This is a very pleasant hotel with very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great location. Room was very large and bright however the two chairs to sit on were very uncomfortable because they were metal. That is fine for a desk chair but after a day out one would like to sit in a comfortable chair and relax. The only comfortable place to sit was on the bed. Also this was the only hotel we stayed in that didn't have free wi-fi even downstairs. If one is staying in this hotel for more then two nights they should be aware that there are no drawers to store clothes only hanging space.

The neighborhood this hotel located in is very nice.

“Disappointed”

Pros: Excellent breakfast and good location. Cons: Air conditioner and bathroom smelled bad. We observed water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom, at least we got a new, more convenient room. The staff left their entrance card in our room.

“Very convenient, reasonable”

Front desk people gave me a good instruction about which bus route to take for seeing around in the city. There are a lot of good restaurant within the walking distance. City bus tour (though I did not use) stops just in front. Parking in the backward was spacious and easy to access. Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. There was some bothering traffic noise coming from the street in the night time.

“Excellent hotel”

- large room and bedroom - room in good condition and very clean - parking (NB cars are moved to another larger carpark by hotel staff and brought back when you require it at a prearranged time) - very good breakfast with wide selection - modern tasteful furnishings - one of the front desk hotel staff could have been friendlier

“Extremely satisfied, exept for the front desk personnel.- Most of them to arrogant.”

The place is immaculate, just remodeled and at the best location in town, breakfast was exellent.- If we ever come back to Palermo we would definively stay here, althouh we did not like the general attitude of the employees.

“Great Location”

Very well placed hotel in centren of Palermo. Free car parking, secure, at back of hotel. Good breakfast included. Good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful.

“Close to port, shopping and sightseeing”

Exceptional service, very clean rooms and the most wonderful breakfast you can imagine. I would stay there again!

Area recommendations

The Kalsa for real authentic Sicilian food. The Parliament Regional Building (Palace of the Normans) and the Palatine Cappella is a must.
