I called hotel to check about room and options as I am disabled told them the needs for a safe stay ect on arrival paid went to room bed was so high one I was unable to get on it and as I can fall out of bed on occasions it was dangerous went to reception they said bed hight was same in all rooms including accessible rooms didn't want to refund me we were arguing for over two hours we couldn't find anywhere else to stay and room was dangerous for me so we ended up trying to sleep in our car

THE ROOM WAS DEFINITELY GRUBBY. WE MOVED THE BEDS TOGETHER AND MOVED THE BEDSIDE TABLES AND THE DUST WAS VERY APPARENT. ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED ON DAY 2 AND DIRTY TOWELS WERE STILL ON THE FLOOR WHEN WE ARRIVED BACK IN THE EVENING. RECEPTION DID GIVE US MORE TOWELS WHEN WE ASKED. BODY WASH/SHAMPOO CONTAINER WAS EMPTY AFTER ONE SHOWER. BREAKFAST WAS HOT ALTHOUGH THE CHOICES WERE NOT REPLACED QUICKLY ENOUGH WHEN GUESTS WERE DINING. PASTRIES WERE SEEN BUT ONLY 6/8 WERE OUT AT A TIME AND THEY SOON WENT BUT NO OTHERS APPEARED. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY

It's a good hotel for the traveller to stay for one or two nights!! Also it's great value for money. Staff are very friendly which is a good thing really.

The room was clean but the standard of fittings was basic Channel 12 Quest did not work shower was cramped and no fridge in room to cool drinks like wine beer etc

This is a buffet hotel of course but the entire hotel is exhausted. The rooms are just dirty from overuse. No amount of cleaning will help. The staff were very nice and helpful. I'd stick to Premier Inn next time. Their branches are largely cleaner.

The female manager was wonderful and very friendly. The rooms are ok but very tired looking. The bathroom needs re grouting etc and the walls were dirty in places. But the bed was comfy and I slept well.

Was just ok for a nights stay. Wish the heating had been on on my arrival even if just a tad warm. Will say room.warm quite quickly after is put it on full

A break & that's it.
Ideal location if you do not want to head into Oxford for an evening meal. Its a trek & expensive to park. Ideal if you just want a bed for the night & and a Pizza or KFC. The hotels small cafe is also expensive, but convinient.

Quick overnight stay
At the price, there's not much to complain about. It did what was needed, without much fanciness or fuss. Bed was a bit uncomfy and the room was a bit stuffy, but at £35, we weren't expecting much more!

Room was relatively clean but not enough tea n coffee, room smelt like a sewer but for 1 night i could put up with it. Get what you pay for
