An excellent place, nice rooms and super friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was great too.
The only limitation we found is that it is quite secluded and a half an hour drive away from Downtown Oxford.
Lovely hotel and in a very quiet village. Easy to get in and out of oxford as the bus stop is right outside!
Food was great and the staff were all very friendly. Have stayed before and will stay again!
Really enjoyed my stay at The Bell at Hampton. Very friendly staff, and a really nice little pub. One thing to watch out for - my room didn't have a shower, just a bath, which was probably something I overlooked when booking! Fortunately the bath was very quick to fill
Went for an overnight stay - great food, very attentive and considerate service and a really comfortable and large room (room 3). All so good invited son and daughter in law over for Sunday lunch the next day. Needless to say the roast beef was excellent!
Good location, nicely furnished with good size bedrooms. Nice country walks nearby and short drive to Blenheim Palace where we were going to concert. One staff member very good but owner and other staff not so good. Problem in kitchen with cooking facilities meant lunch and breakfast menu very restricted and disappointing. Staff member recovered situation very well and tried her best to make up for situation
Best “pub with rooms” ever including fabulous food
Anniversary weekend visiting Blenheim Palace.
Wonderful base for that and visits to Oxford, Woodstock etc.
Best “ pub with rooms” ever including fabulous food in the restaurant.

Beautiful setting and full of character. Menu looked amazing but steak was one of the worst I have had. Absolutely nothing to do with the cooking but incredibly chewy. Just a bad piece of ribeye I guess.
