Well.. pretty sure we all got a contact High upon entering our room. Our pullout sofa’s mattress looked like it had been the scene of either a toddler being toilet trained, or a horrific accident that had been attempted to be covered up. And the free breakfast was basically non existent. You get what you pay for. But honestly the price is isn’t worth it. I’d rather sleep in my car.

Room was very dirty. We asked for non smoking and the pot smell was so bad we couldn’t sleep. Stayed in car instead.

Loud party in the lower parking lot, started about 11 pm lasted till 2:30 am. Lots of people outside our room talking real loud and music so loud it was vibrating the walls. Called front desk she said she couldn't leave to check it out. I believe it was the maintenance man she said he lived down there.

This property had a lot of quests that were smoking weed and the front desk did nothing about it. I had to transfer to another room due to fire alarm peeping.

First of all when I booked the rooms it told me that it would be 174.00 per night because I indicated that we would have 4 people per room. I could visibly see that there was a difference in price for 2 people per room over 4 people per room. So when I got there they told me that it does not make a difference. And the charge per night ended up being $300.00 per night with all of the taxes. We also then had an issue with a roach crawling across our TV stand and the rooms had a very bad smell in the middle of the night that it actually woke you up. I need to have a phone number of the corporate office for Days inn so I can let them know of this problem. You have my email because you sent me this survey. I really hope you will reach out to me to see about fixing the unjustes. If not I may just go on Facebook to see if someone out there can get me a phone number to take care of this.

I have stayed in worse but this wasn't what i expected. I read the reviews and thought this one got good reviews compared to others so I expected better. Ac sucked, bed cover had stains and cigarette holes, floor needed to be cleaned. I always clean my room so when i wiped it down it was actually clean on the towel. Check in went good and lady was nice. I would probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the ac. The hot water and pressure was good.

The room was good for one night. We were only there to sleep. The chair was not clean and the door had a big opening in it when you closed it. The dead bolt didn't work right. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk clerk was really nice.

Staff rude. Was told at checkout that I was not charged enough initially and that they would charge my card again for the remainder. I politely told them I was not authorizing any additional charges and will dispute any transaction performed after the sale and receipt. This place is a $200/week Motel that wants to be a $100/night Hotel.

Nice people. No AC.
Room AC not working properly-never got below 80*. Hubby is HVAC specialist. After some attempt to convince us this is normal- we were offered another room but that AC was not working properly, either. Both bedspreads in second room had cigarette burn holes. No handle on tub faucet to operate shower. No discount offered.

So called "free" breakfast was non-existent. They had little available and what they had was old. 1 bagel. When I asked for more they were out. No jelly either. Manager then went to Krogers for more food. THEN I watched them repackage the donuts and bagels individually BUT with their bare hands. No gloves and no washing. Disgusting!! TV didn't work and they didn't know how to fix. Totally bad experience.

Quiet Hotel
Overall a good place to sleep. Very quiet and lots of parking. Easy access to the hotel. Bed linens were clean. Shower works good great hot water. Shower room very cramped and door doesn’t close, but it works for a night stay. Would come back.

The staff was great. We had drove all night and got to the hotel around 8:30 Thursday morning. They were kind enough to let us check in at that time. Was so grateful for it. We were soooo tried.

The room was disgusting. First, it smelled like smoke. THEN the door had a huge 2” gap on the bottom half that allowed in all the sunlight and heat! It took HOURS for the room to cool from the 88 degrees when we entered. There were smears of god knows what on the walls and ceiling. The bedding above the mattress was stained yellow in spots, and the bed spreads had multiple cigarette burn holes!! The bathroom had a roach in the bathtub and the spout where the water came out was unattached from the wall (although it still worked). The dresser had a handle that came off in our hands when we tried to pull it, and the chair in the room was so filthy we wouldn’t even put anything on it. Even the drapes were stained. Honestly I think this was the grossest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Also I paid for the room on Expedia ($123 which is INSANE for that room?) and it turns out it would have been $94 but I couldn’t change it since I already paid. AND the computer said I DIDNT pay and I had to show my Expedia receipt, and it took 20 minutes to figure it out. The woman at the front desk was nice though - it wasn’t her fault. We picked this hotel because it allowed dogs. Please do yourself a favor and stay at ANY other hotel in the area.

Was assigned room 104. Door deadbolt lock didn’t work at all. The microwave was missing. Registered complaint with front desk clerk. Was reassigned to room 128. 2 vanity lights out. Unsatisfactory room conditions.

Pros- bed was comfortable and bed bugs weren’t found Cons-huge puddle of water on the floor, stains covering the walls, no batteries in the remote, tv only had one channel (maybe more if the remote worked), the smoke detector was missing, shower door was broken…. Would not recommend.
