Very friendly owners. No ice machine but convenience store is walking distance to buy ice. You can get an ice bucket at the front desk.

We liked it was walkable distance to restaurants. We like the customer service and checking in and out was super easy. The room had a funny smell though, but it appeared to be clean. It’s a dated place but I think the administration tries to run it as best as possible. In general good for the price.

The overall property was nice. For the price there was no breakfast. In the room the TV gave us at least a few options for enjoyable movie watching but limited. Bathroom floor was cracked and had sharp edges on it. The living room floor you could hear the floor tiles that were broken under it. I called to say we would be late and they insisted on payment up front and leaving the key in their mailbox. Plus when I got there, the office was still open and they wanted a $300 deposit for the room. I find this unacceptable. I won't be back
