“Well priced”

The rate per night charged for this hotel us reasonable as compared to others in area. Good area, excellent access,good service, food is very good and service is adequate.

Area recommendations

Arturo restaurant, Parque de San Francisco, tour of Old City. This is the most beautiful city in Spain, clean and safe. excellent place for headquarters to visit most central and east Asturias. Go to Infiesto, Ribadesella, Covadonga and Lastres....Easy driving.

“Nice hotel, friendly staff”

The room which we had was a large twin room with a seating area on the side, the only slight complaint was the lack of privacy in the bathroom area, which was essentially open plan which made it difficult with two friends sharing

“Quite pleased”

My wife and I were quite pleased with this hotel. The location could not have been better. It is in a fashionable shopping and commercial area within a few short blocks of the "old" area of the city that is filled with good restaurants and historic gracious old buildings. The service in the hotel was excellent. The building, the public areas and the rooms and their furnishings are very modern. That was all right, although I prefer the old fashioned gracious hotels.

“Great hotel”

It was very hard to find it but other than that, it was great hotel, neat rooms, 5 stars. Parking was not free, but Ok.

“Lovely and comfortable”

Convenient, attractive, comfortable. Free wi fi in room, pleasant space, very nice bathroom and shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient garage. Easy walk to monuments, etc. Would certsinly recommend.

“Will be back for sure”

Hotel has a great location. Rooms are modern, breakfast is very good. English speaking staff is very helpful. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. City has a great architecture, great Fine arts museum, do not miss visit to pre-Romanesque churches.

“Excelent Service.”

The hotel is at an excelent place, surrounded by nice stores, and two blocks away from the park. Clean, always smiling people at front desk.

“Very pleased with this hotel”

The hotel is perhaps overrated as a five-star hotel. But otherwise it is an excellent hotel. My king size bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was real nice and it had state of the art shower. The light switches are kind of unconventional but the lighting is good. I did not eat at the restaurant. There is a paking garage that can only sevre small cars. It costs 15 euros per day. The hotel is well located in a very nice neighborhood and is only a block away from another top Oviedo hotel, La Reconquista. There are many shops, cafeterias and pubs close to the hotel. There is a very nice fruit store just accross the street. I definitely intend to stay here again.

“No food on bank holidays!”

Extremely well appointed hotel.Would recommend highly and will use the group again if possible.Cannot comment on the restuarant but the breakfast choice was outstanding so I guess that dinner would have been a treat too, the alternative given by reception was also shut, so a bar meal was all we could get, together with finest gin and tonic ever tasted.

Area recommendations

Most of the area around the city park was very clean and tidy so any where around the centre would be good.

The Auditorio San Felipe was an oustanding concert hall.

“Very Nice”

I was very happy with the staff. They spoke very good english and were very friendly. The room was very nice and close to everything.
