The shower tub had hair all stuck to it and wouldnt drain cause all the hair in drian. Elevators were horrible. I have to walk down from 7th floor .

A great location, easy access to parking and many attractions in the area. We were there three nights and did not get our room clean or fresh towels or shampoo etc… however, we did get towels when we went down to the desk. They also checked on via text. I felt safe, but did wonder about security as there is no security entrance from the beach or from the front. Anyone could wander in. Breakfast was OK but could have some more variety. Nice that they had coffee and water in the lobby.

Stayed for three nights. Beautiful property away from most of the tourism. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you are planning a short trip and doing activities!

It is a beach hotel so it's a bit beaten up (could use remodeling on walls and bathroom--the floors did look new) but it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the staff was excellent. We brought our dog and she too loved our stay on the beach.

What a great place to stay! Starting at the front desk, with staff checking me in to the staff at the breakfast—I felt happy to be there. Nice people! The room on the 4th floor had a great view of the ocean, and within walking distance of Jennette’s Pier—there was a balcony outside the room, so I could sit and enjoy hearing the waves crashing on the beach. While there is wear and tear on the building, it didn’t detract from the overall comfort of my stay.

My girlfriend and I planned to stay at this location for 3 nights. Upon checking into the room around 8 PM, we were overwhelmed by how bad the room smelled, we were expecting some odor from a pet-friendly room but not this bad. We opened the balcony door and hoped that the smell would go away over night. The next day we noticed that the smell was still there. Upon checking closely in afternoon, we noticed that one of the double beds we hadn't slept in, smelled almost like urine. We quickly ordered room service and made them change all the sheets. The cleaning lady did a good job but sprayed whatever cleaning agent they use all over the floor, leaving it wet for an hour. The pillows are all old, thin and lumpy, we asked for replacements but were only given 2. The bedsheets are paper thin and don't feel comfortable at all. We asked for an upgrade or a different room but were incorrectly told that they had no other options for pet-friendly rooms. Upon discovering the dirty beds, we requested a cancellation of 2 nights, but they only processed the next night's refund since we were 4 hours into the second day. The staff was helpful enough but I wish they would've made more of an effort to shift us to an another room or refund 2 nights. I am very disappointed in this stay. The only good thing was the location which is near to the beach. But I'd rather stay at another similarly priced location near the beach than this hotel.

Location was key for this property being right on the beach. The hotel is tired. My room had a lamp that didn't work, another with no bulb and a third with awful daylight bulb. Only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Breakfast had little variety.

The staff, Kenya especially was wonderful, will become our new favorite place to stay. The view of the ocean at sunrise was incredible, great view of the whole beach, great breakfast also.

Stayed for a getaway weekend. Staff and maintenance were very friendly. Room, hallways and outdoor areas were all clean. Easy beach access. Rooms and bathroom were dated but no other issues other than the terrible coffee. We would definitely stay again.
