“Nice, clean and quiet”

Can't fault the place! Better than the Delta City Centre a few doors along that I'd stayed in earlier in the week during a business meeting.

“Pleasant Stay in Clean Hotel”

We were only staying the night for a wedding in Ottawa and this hotel served the purpose of providing a nice, clean hotel stay. We had a King room and the sleep number bed was great!

Dining

There is a Baton Rouge two minutes (walk) from the hotel and a great breakfast place called "The Scone Witch" which had the best scones and cream!!! I totally recommend it!!!

“Great Parliament Hill Hotel on a budget”

It was clean, basic and comfortable. No major complaints although the underground parking was kind of grotty. Would stay again and again.

“So So”

One of the elevators was down until July 15. This was a pain in the morning. The cleaning staff and their carts using the same working elevator was poorly though out. I found the hallway carpet lacking attention; a simple vacuum could have sorted. The rooms where clean and the hotel is a great local for main Ottawa attractions. The draw back to Ottawa in this area is it closes early at night. This is not convenient for those who enjoy walking around d town and popping in and out of local establishments.

“No bar fridge”

There are no bar fridges in the room, not good when its 30+ degres outside. Other than that, very good.

“Not Impressed”

Beds had adjustable mattresses (could make firmer or less firm) but didn't work well and were not very comfortable at all. Was not very impressed with quality of room given Radisson banner

“Solid Hotel”

Solid Hotel. Personnel friendly and helpful. Only problem was that one of their elevators was out. Gym is not great.
