“Delta Ottawa”

The Hotel is well located; rooms are clean and confortable. Service is below my exectation. The best thing for a traveller is the welcoming smile of the hotel's staff; and the Delta staff are not the best on it.

“Pillows and bed cover”

A good hotel in general, friendly staff, good size swimming pool and health centre, I stayed here a lot of times and was always satisfied, this time however, the bed was comfortable, but the bed cover was an old down filled cover, it was so old that the middle had no filling it was like a couple of sheets cover, the filling was all around the cover but nothing n the middle, pillows were old and I did not have a good night sleep.

“3 Day Weekend in Ottawa”

This hotel is somewhat dated, so if you are looking for wifi in your room (it is available in the lobby) internet connectivity is in the room, or flat screen TVs you will not get it. The furniture is older but the king suite is very spacious, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a small kitchenette and coffee was provided. There was a balcony so it was nice to go out and get fresh air. Would have been nice if there had been a couple of chairs on the balcony. The location is excellent, very easy to get around. The price was reasonable. My husband thought the breakfast buffet was over priced. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Staff we very friendly.

“Lovely relaxing stay...thanks for the upgrade!”

We were very happy with the location of the hotel, and we enjoyed the lovely upgrade that we received. The breakfast buffet at Mystique was consistently good and our waitress, excellent. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed comfortable. Parking was a touch expensive, but very convenient. I was impressed that there were two weddings in the hotel on the weekend we were there and it was not noisy at all. In addition, the organization of the hotel must be good, as we noticed that the greeting table for the next day's incoming conference was set up early in the day. It would have been nice to have a WHERE! Ottawa magazine, but the hotel was out of them. Just a comment. On the whole, a lovely stay and we will return.

“Very good experience, great location.”

The pice was right and if you are looking for a no thrills hotel this is for you. However the prices for the resturants are a bit iffy. I would recomend this hotel for sure.

“Service desk was weak”

Arrived at 3:15 and was told rooms not ready. Waited in lobby but no one came to notify me. Went to service desk at 4:10 and enquired. "Oh yes they are ready" My Grandsons needing diaper changes and a rest were not impressed. Went to this hotel to enjoy the water slide and find out the there is a height restriction upon arrival. Should have been told about this prior.

“Nice hotel, conveniently located”

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Is located In downtown Ottawa, so Parliament and other attractions are in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
