Fantastic
This is the 3rd time we have stayed there and every time it’s absolutely gorgeous. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is a little dated but it's charm and the staff make up for it. Despite a language barrier at times, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The service was also slow but the food was edible and tasty. To me this was old Spain as it should be.

Elegant historic building but decor needs updating. No parking available on the property and one has to be lucky to find a space in the neighborhood. Breakfast minimal.

No-one at reception when we arrived. Eventually allocated a faded room which no view, no bathroom heating and a tear in the sheets. Other guests near us were a party of three/ four rooms- so incredibly noisy, shouting and banging doors. We asked to be moved- twice. Each time, it was apparently impossible though the hotel did not seem full. Gave up, walked out and went to another hotel. Very disappointing- and of course we lost our money as no refund.

Hotel with wasted potential
Disinterested staff. Superior room with no natural light. Small windows with blinds that could not be raised. Awful breakfast. Had to go looking for staff to get a simple coffee!! A beautiful building which could be improved with a small outlay! A hotel on hard times

Tired splendour
A beautiful building - a delight to stay here. But avoid rooms at the front of the hotel as the cobbled street is very noisy even with the heavy shutters closed. Breakfast is - frankly a disgrace. Plastic wrapped croissants, supermarket cheese. Go to a cafe in town. And in this day and age we do not expect to find a cockroach in the bath....... But a beautiful place to stay nevertheless.

An Historic Gem
This hotel is the former palace of the Marques de La Gomera and the building has retained its historic design features. In its day it was a magnificent extravagance with a nice courtyard and a family-sized chapel. We were up-graded to suite 7 which was used in the Franco Zeffirelli film "Callas Forever". The balcony of this room stretches the full width of the baroque front-piece of the hotel and is a great place for a "sun-downer". The restaurant was under-utilised but served really good local food. It is handily positioned within walking distance of Osuna's sights and has free on-street parking right in front.

Very good room in an old palace...the exterior is highly impressive. Easy parking. Breakfast was ok...everything pre-packed. Easy parking on the street directly across from the entrance. The receptionist had a great tip for tapas. We had a fantastic Friday night out at Casa Curro (it turned out that Khalissi and cast from Game of Thrones had a birthday party here; they stayed in the Palacio too while filming). Great food and a fun owner and not at all touristy. Osuna is a lovely small town and well worth the stop over.

Palatial Estate with your Mate(s)
Fantastic and cheap little spot in this small Spanish town. It's palatial! Americans (and some others) might find the air conditioning a bit lackluster, but by Spanish standards, it rules. Great neighborhood too and the desk staff was super helpful.

Conveniently situated hotel based on a city palace
We greatly enjoyed this hotel, even though there were so few other guests - probably because late April is regarded as winter by local people. The hotel has a reasonably priced restaurant, a cosy bar, a central patio and a small outside area. Our room was very spacious and was well-equipped with comfortable beds. It had a spa bath which did not work - we should have reported this but it did not bother us.

Would love to go again!
We loved it all. It is elegant, rooms are spacious, public areas comfortable.A joy to stay in. The staff very friendly.We also had dinner in a very attractive dining room. Good meal at modest price.Osuna is not besieged by tourists but certainly a very interesting town to spend a day or two in.The only negative would be lack of parking so one needs to bring luggage in from wherever car was left. It is a safe place.

Beautiful hotel full of character.
We found the hotel very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful former palace - though not as large as you might expect from the title. It has character but this does not get in the way of comfort. Our room was spacious with two wide twin beds. The bathroom was a good size and the bath had jets which were very pleasant to relax in after a hot day wandering the streets of Osuna. The decor was absolutely in keeping with the building. Our room looked out over the main street and had a small balcony. We found Osuna itself full of interest and also convenient for visiting Seville and Cordoba as well as other smaller nearby towns. The only real problem we had - which is nothing to do with the hotel - is that, all too frequently, places we visited were closed. In the case of one small town, Puente Genil, we couldn't even find the historic centre so have no idea whether it was open or not!

Central for touring.
Comfortable hotel in need of a little TLC, but ideally placed in Andalucia for touring the area. 20 rooms of differing styles all well kept. Sadly, the restaurant lacked not only atmosphere but quality of food and service, and Breakfast could have provided greater selection. Management able to converse in English but very hard to make waiters understand.

An 18th century palace between Malaga and Seville
We had a very enjoyable stay in an extremely comfortable, large room. Each room has different features. Ours was tucked away in a corner but was overlooking the street. It was quiet.

Very nice hotel in the city centre
We easily found the hotel with the Google Maps GPS on my iPhone, although I initially was concerned about going down some of the narrow streets. An employee helped us park our car in a locked courtyard about a city block away. Once you park, you probably don't want to get your car until morning. We were then treated to a small box of chocolates! We enjoyed the rich feel of the hotel; we couldn't tell if it was built as a large mansion with an interior court, or whether it was built as a hotel. The furniture was very nice in our room and in the hallways. Staff was unbelievably friendly. Lots of options for breakfast food. There is a bar right on site in the hotel which was very comfortable. A little bit expensive of a hotel considering the location (small town), but overall we truly enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Très belle étape
Excellent hébergement dans le centre de Osuna. Le personnel est tres accueillant et agréable. Bon petit petit-déjeuner. Une batisse ancienne avec du caractère. Je recommande vivement cette étape dans cette petite ville de caractère.

Bon hôtel malgré un personnel peu accueillant. Nous avons tenté de les joindre au téléphone pour avoir des conseils pour se garer pas de réponse. Sinon l'hôtel a un certain charme, un peu désuet avec un coté Disneyland mais sympathique.

Hemos pasado tres noches en este precioso hotel. La habitación muy cómoda, la cama estupenda, no hemos añorado la nuestra. Está en una zona a pocos minutos caminando del centro, pero bastante tranquila. El personal de recepción muy eficiente, tanto a la entrada como a la salida y con todo lo que le pedimos. Muy recomendable

Très bel hôtel , dommage que la literie ne soit pas la priorité de l’établissement, la première chambre que l’on m’a proposé était équipé de 2 petits lits de style dortoir , il a fallut que j’insiste pour changer de chambre pour avoir un meilleur lit.
